I ordered seven outfits from this company on December 7thThree of these items were in stock at the time and I was told that they were shipping out the week before Christmas and the remaining items would ship out priority immediately as they arrivedI never received my in stock items so I sent messages via Facebook to check on it, assuming they were just behind with it being the holidaysThey never respondedI sent emails and posted to their Facebook pageComments were immediately deleted every time and emails were ignoredI finally received ONE of my seven outfits in the mail mid- JanuaryI asked again about my in stock items and why I never received those and tried to check on my remaining pre-orders and I was told two shipments had been out for me alreadyWhich was not true so I asked for them to provide me with tracking informationNever happenedI then asked for a refund for the six items I didn't receiveNo responseMy comments were deleted againAll of my emails were ignored and after being threatened to file a claim here, my order was finally canceled and I was refunded for the remaining six itemsI only knew this because of my bank statementNot because they ever replied and apologized for their sy customer service and told me they would refund meHorrible experience and it wasn't even the fact that I had to wait on my outfits --- it's the fact that they didn't have the decency to even reply to a message to update me on my order and continuously deleted my commentsI have screenshots to prove all of the above Do not waste your money and beware of their so called "new ownership" The store is now going by the name Senna Chic Boutique

PayPal did find in my favor after providing them with all the evidenceShe is very dishonest, and attempted to keep my money without filling my orderAs I said, she provided tracking on the initial PayPal claim for only 50% of the orderShe also tried to fight my appeal after ADMITTING that she hadn't filled the order in its entiretyThis company has NOT shut down as she has reported to the Revdex.comShe is still operating on a Facebook page under Little Sweetie PiesShe also still continues to delete any complaints off her page at lightening speedAvoid this scam artist!!
