[redacted]Document Attached[redacted]
When ordering her cake, Ms. [redacted] originally asked for a cake to feed 150, she stated that she was a certified pastry chef and a cake decorator herself, after consulting with her, she ordered a 3 tier cake to feed 89...

which consisted of: 1st tier lemon cake, middle tier chocolate fudge cake with caramel filling and bottom tier wedding white cake. The cake provided was exactly what was ordered.
As for the 1st tier lemon cake, Ms. [redacted] complained that the cake was crumbly and fell apart when cutting. I told her I'd take a look at it when she returned the cake, it was baked and decorated the day before pick up, so it should be soft and fresh. She then stated there was no lemon cake left, it was all eaten but, she had photos of the crumbly lemon cake that she would email to me. I never received the photos of the lemon cake.
Ms. [redacted] also complained that there was no caramel filling in the chocolate fudge 2nd tier. I explained that caramel is liquid, as such, cake absorbs caramel. Therefore, I personally split the cake, covered the inside both bottom and top of the cake with caramel (it soaks in)and also filled the cake with a caramel mousse. Ms. [redacted] stated that the chocolate cake was filled with buttercream icing. I told her she had the mousse confused with buttercream. I have a photo of the small portion she returned showing the caramel mousse filling along side the buttercream icing dam. You can clearly see the caramel inside the mousse cake filling.
Ms. [redacted] said the 3rd tier wedding white flavor was great, she really liked it.
The cake Ms. [redacted] returned to me consisted of, zero lemon 1st tier, 1 small portion of the 2nd tier chocolate with caramel filling and over 3/4 of the bottom wedding white tier.
The photos Ms. [redacted] provided were 1 blurry photo of a piece of chocolate cake on a fork, 1 blurry photo of the chocolate cake cut and 1 clear photo of her daughter sitting next to the cake BEFORE it was cut with an exaggerated unhappy frown on her face.
Ms. [redacted] never asked for her money back. In fact, I asked her numerous times what she would like me to do to resolve the problem. Her answer was consistently, "I don't know". When Ms. [redacted] began yelling and cursing at me, I ended the conversation.
