Bought a 2007 chevey impala for $1400 cash. And was told I could pick the title the next day that's been 4 months ago. I still have no title I have contact the carlot serverable time with just been getting the run round. Bad business dealings. I just want my title. Thank you

Where do I start with this awful, crooked, lying, conning place they call a business.
Back In April my husband and I needless to say purchased a vehicle from at time was named Pops' Credit Connect/Car Place at 1101 W. Division St. In a written contract we insisted they fix the power steering and some more minor things and both parties agreed. Months went on and I started calling and Craig (the so called) manger kept giving me the run around as if I had two heads or something. When my husband went up there, he still insisted that the part had been ordered, so I wanted to see proof of purchase of the order and that's when Craig got a little irritated and tone changed, well my husband was calm until Craig tone changed. The police was called and they instructed Craig to call his manager right there and get our part ordered because they were breaching their contract at that point. Okay, truck was fixed within a week, all along we are still riding around with paper tags on the truck. When my husband was pulled over, the cops told him the vehicle VIN was registered in someone else name and the paper tag was registered in another person's name and was immediately asked to show proof that he purchased the vehicle, so he did and the officer told him to get that taken care of with the dealer. Next day, my husband informed Craig the truck wasn't registered in his name and we had paid for tags & registration. Aug. 1, 2018, my husband went back to the dealer to see if the tags had come, and told them he would not be making another payment until that truck was registered in his name. Craig was like okay. The whole month of August and September, no tags! The funniest part about it is, Craig told my husband to give him the payment for September and if in 10days his tags wasn't at their office, he would give him his money back! These people really think most people are stupid.
On Sept.4, they repossessed his truck because of nonpayment. When they knew darn well we were in contact with them and showing them the money each time we went up there to inform them, so it's not like we didn't the have the money, we did!
And every time we went up there the owner would jump in a vehicle and leave, literally and leave Craig to do the dirty work. When we get there all we wanted was our belonging out t he vehicle, Craig acted as if he didn't know where the vehicle was - again the cops were called and we retrieved our belongings and left.
So peeps please do your research on tote the note dealership before spending your hard earned money. These people have no morals or respect for others and always skimming for a quick buck. Well Craig and crew, you have messed with the wrong couple and we will be going to court. See you later Craig!!!!

On Tuesday, March 20, 2018 I received a call from *** (*** of Little Texas) he wanted to know when I could make my car payment that was past due of 450.00. I instructed him to call my mother in regards to the payment since she would be the one making the payment. He called her shortly after talking to me that same day. My mother spoke with him and he agreed that it would be okay for her to pay $300.00 the following day March 21.She told him that she would be there at 5:30 PM. When she got there *** acted like he didn't know what she was talking about. The morning of the 21st the car had been repossessed before she had a chance to make the payment as agreed. My personal and business belonging were in the vehicle at the time along with my original auto contract. On March 23, 2018 I went to the Little Texas to get my belongings from the car I spoke with *** about getting them found.I got them and found that many of my belongings and original auto contract was missing. I asked him where they were and he said he did not know. He told me that it has to go through upper management. I was never able to speak with management and I was not able to get a copy of my contract either. My mom went to the dealership that same day to retrieve the rest of my belongings and her business cleaning supplies that were in the car. They denied having the supplies and later gave them to her after she demanded them. She also requested that they give her a copy of my contract.They told her that they could not give it to her because it was not her property and that I would have to come and get it. I went back to the dealership on Monday March, 26, 2018 to get my contract as they requested, but hey would not give it to me and would not talk to me at all. I received a letter from Little Texas on March 23 regarding my car being repossessed which was dated February 26, 2018. At his point my car payment was not late. My next payment was not due until March 2, 2018.

I just recently just bought a car here a month ago. At first I though everything was okay until FOR ONE they double charged me twice for tax, tile and registration and I have the black and white to prove im being double charged. Once it was brought to the attention of management no one nolonger started to be available. Noone contacted us back up until I receive a text stated I missed a payment that I never owed them. My mother sent pictures of the paper showing where they were double charing me a extra 600 dollars, she responded she received it. I have proof of all the communcaton, JUST TODAY I called to speak with someone regarding the text message I got about a payment I don't owe, the e who answered the phone put the owner on the phone and he told me these exact words : *** I WILL SLAP THE *** OUT OF YOU IN FRONT OF YOUR MOTHER, WE'RE NOT GOING TO HEAR YOUR LIPS ANYMORE YOU ***" My coworker was present and heard everything so I will be pressing charges for the threat and auto fraud for threating to take my car illegally. I cant owe a payment that I cant legally be charged for twice. I am taking matter into my own hands because I have tried to go the professional route multiple time with these people but that was it for me. How do you threaten to slap a customer for a mistake by your company. especially when the customer has tried to work with you on THERE ERROR. FOR TWO my check engine light was on when I stepped foot in the car and I was told it was a sensor, and that they were ordering the part, in order to pass inspection a check engine light CANNOT be on to EVEN get a registration sticker so why am even paying for that now anyway, when by state law my car doesn't even quality for registration. No one reached out to us regarding the part as well, but can send a text about a payment. I will be pressing charges for the threat and discrimination as well as getting attorney involved for the auto fraud, since there threating to take my car for something they charging me twice for and was suppose to been fixed. Im going to sue them for my pain and suffering, my down payment, and other inconveniences this carlot has caused my life DO NOT BUY HERE. I have witnesses and text messages OF EVERYTHING, Next time I return it will be with the police since I was threaten to be slapped by the MALE OWNER AND I AM A WOMEN. PURE DISRESPECT

I purchased a vehicle with this company February of 2017. I have faithfully made payments since then. I requested that they report me to the credit bureau each month to build my credit which started in November 2017. I recently checked my credit and it showed that the finance company marked me 30 days late. I called the finance company to inquire and they stated that they have not received ANY of my payments from the auto dealership for the month of January. I told them that I had copies of the receipts where I paid them on time and they requested that I send those in so that I could dispute the negative. I went by the dealership February 7,2018 to inquire about the payment and they insured me the payment was sent off of February 6,2018. I called the finance company to 2/12/2018 to make sure they received my copies of my receipt and they did however the received my December 29,2017 payment on February 6,2018.So therefore they have all of my January and February payments and have not sent them in. And deliberately lied and told me they sent of the payments to actually cover up what has happened to my payments.

Hello, we sold a vehicle to *** with no credit check and a low down payment. She asked us to send her contract to a company recently to report to the credit bureau which is our only way to report to the credit bureau.We sent her contract to the finance company I called them to ask them about the late mark, they are looking into it to verify it. *** has been late on her payment on numerous times. We are a small family owned car dealership that sells to people with no credit, bad credit, we don't do a credit check. We rely on our customers to pay their payments on time because their payments is what puts food on our table and their payments is how we pay our employees. We give people a second chance to get a vehicle when they have bad credit and not a lot of money for down payments. We have had to beg *** to make her payments. She has been past due a lot of times. I am attaching numerous text messages where we are asking, begging and begging for our payments from her, and you will see all of her excueses. Thanks for your time. I included 4 text messages I have Lots more but the system wouldn't let me add more. Please email me and I will provide you with all of them, there are a lot more. Thanks

I am rejecting this response because:this company has never had to beg me to make a payment.they were fully aware of my work schedule and if I was late it was no more than a day. At the times he is referring to me being late they weren't not reporting me to the finance company. And as for the text messages that were being sent;that was simply because my card on file did not go through so I would go by later that day to pay or the next day.I was fully aware of that because I don't like automatic drafts so I pay in cash or money order.They did not began to report until late November which I have receipts as well. I have called the finance company myself and they have told me numerous times they are delayed in getting my payments that I pay to the car company. I have sent receipts in with the ontime due date that shows them I am paying on time but the car company is neglecting to send it in on time. Referring back to payments that have nothing to do with he current situation is a smoke screen to actually cover up what is happening to the payment when I'm make it. If I make the payment on time why is the finance company not receiving it on time? I have spoke with *** who is a manager at mid Atlantic finance and her ext is 410. She previously went over all of the payments that had sent and they were all later than the date which I had paid;hence that's why I had to send in copies to they could try to remove the derogatory remark.
