We applied for the bonded title and received it and we transferred the vehicle into her name on 8/3/15.  The metal license plates were also issued on 8/3/15 and the customer picked them up on 8/4/15.  The title is being mailed from the state of Texas via the US postal Service.  Please call me if you need any other information.
