Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:this company has never had to beg me to make a payment.they were fully aware of my work schedule and if I was late it was no more than a dayAt the times he is referring to me being late they weren't not reporting me to the finance companyAnd as for the text messages that were being sent;that was simply because my card on file did not go through so I would go by later that day to pay or the next day.I was fully aware of that because I don't like automatic drafts so I pay in cash or money order. They did not began to report until late November which I have receipts as wellI have called the finance company myself and they have told me numerous times they are delayed in getting my payments that I pay to the car companyI have sent receipts in with the ontime due date that shows them I am paying on time but the car company is neglecting to send it in on timeReferring back to payments that have nothing to do with he current situation is a smoke screen to actually cover up what is happening to the payment when I'm make itIf I make the payment on time why is the finance company not receiving it on time? I have spoke with [redacted] who is a manager at mid Atlantic finance and her ext is She previously went over all of the payments that had sent and they were all later than the date which I had paid;hence that's why I had to send in copies to they could try to remove the derogatory remark Regards, [redacted] ***

Hello, we sold a vehicle to [redacted] with no credit check and a low down payment.  She asked us to send her contract to a company recently to report to the credit bureau which is our only way to report to the credit bureau. We sent her contract to the finance company I called them to ask...

them about the late mark, they are looking into it to verify it.  [redacted] has been late on her payment on numerous times.  We are a small family owned car dealership that sells to people with no credit, bad credit, we don't do a credit check.  We rely on our customers to pay their payments on time because their payments is what puts food on our table and their payments is how we pay our employees.  We give people a second chance to get a vehicle when they have bad credit and not a lot of money for down payments.  We have had to beg [redacted] to make her payments.  She has been past due a lot of times. I am attaching numerous text messages where we are asking, begging and begging for our payments from her, and you will see all of her excueses.  Thanks for your time.   I included 4 text messages I have Lots more but the system wouldn't let me add more.  Please email me and I will provide you with all of them, there are a lot more.  Thanks [redacted] .

Hello, my name is [redacted] from Little Texas Auto Group LLC.  [redacted] and her boyfriend both purchased vehicles from us on the same day. Ms. [redacted] got a 2005 [redacted] 300 and her boyfriend got a 2005 [redacted].   Per our finance contracts signed by the buyers and by us the...

sellers, all vehicles require full coverage insurance coverage at all times, until the vehicle is paid off in full. This is to protect our assets.   We are a Buy Here Pay Here dealership with no credit check.  We specialize in helping people get in vehicles and growing our cliental. We are a Family owned small business who is trying to protect our assets (the vehicles we sell) by requiring full coverage insurance at all times, until vehicle is paid off.  Ms. [redacted] added insurance on her vehicle at the time of purchase over the phone with the insurance company.  Immediately after Ms. [redacted] left she called her insurance company and canceled the insurance policy to avoid having to pay the premium.  In review of her auto insurance, the documentation we received was missing key information. Such as year, make model and vin number so we called the insurance agency to investigate. Our representative [redacted] phoned [redacted] Insurance Agent at [redacted]. The representative we spoke with name is [redacted].  [redacted] phoned [redacted] at LITTLE TEXAS AUTO GROUP LLC at 1:50pm. [redacted] investigated both vehicles purchased from LITTLE TEXAS AUTO GROUP LLC. 1) 2005 [redacted] was deleted on November 28, 2016. 2) The 2005 [redacted] 300 never had coverage. The only vehicle with coverage was a [redacted].  This breeched our contract and the vehicles were repossessed.  After the vehicles were repossessed, Ms. [redacted] asked us for the reason for the repossession.  We explained to her that her insurance company verified that she canceled the insurance.  Ms. [redacted] then called the insurance company and asked them to add her vehicle back on.  The insurance company told her via email that they needed the Lien Holders Name and the VIN number again because when she told them to delete it, its not in the system anymore.  We have an email between [redacted] from the insurance company and Ms. [redacted] stating this.  We advised Ms. [redacted] that the vehicles have been repossessed and that she has the right to redeem them if she can find another financial institution to finance the cars.  We then offered her a refund of the down payment $500 minus the $175 repossession fee, offering her $325 she refused the refund because she wanted the full amount of her down payment, and hung up the phone. When we sell a car, we explain in depth the importance of maintaining financial responsibility of the vehicles to all of our new clients.  We spend over an hour with them explaining documents and consequences of breeching contracts.  Thank you for your time, please call or email me if you have any questions. Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:this company has never had to beg me to make a payment.they were fully aware of my work schedule and if I was late it was no more than a day. At the times he is referring to me being late they weren't not reporting me to the finance company. And as for the text messages that were being sent;that was simply because my card on file did not go through so I would go by later that day to pay or the next day.I was fully aware of that because I don't like automatic drafts so I pay in cash or money order. They did not began to report until late November which I have receipts as well. I have called the finance company myself and they have told me numerous times they are delayed in getting my payments that I pay to the car company. I have sent receipts in with the ontime due date that shows them I am paying on time but the car company is neglecting to send it in on time. Referring back to payments that have nothing to do with he current situation is a smoke screen to actually cover up what is happening to the payment when I'm make it. If I make the payment on time why is the finance company not receiving it on time? I have spoke with [redacted] who is a manager at mid Atlantic finance and her ext is 410. She previously went over all of the payments that had sent and they were all later than the date which I had paid;hence that's why I had to send in copies to they could try to remove the derogatory remark.

Hello, This complaint is not valid.  We helped the customer and went out of our way to please her.  1. The customer's car did get stolen because she left it running and went inside the store to shop.  We were notified where the car was at after it was stolen.  We sent a tow...

truck to tow it to our office, and called a lock smith to make a new key for it.  We advised the customer to call the insurance company and see if they will pay for the tow, the insurance company agreed to pay the tow fee and they did pay it for the customer.  2. It was $150 it was not the amount the customer put on the complaint.  The insurance paid 100% of the $150 for the customer.  3.  We fixed a wire for the customer and it did resolve the problem this was months ago and had nothing to do with this situation.  The customer has her car back.  4. We are not scam artists and we have a great reputation for helping people get on their feet and into a car with out any credit check.  We do not appreciate her slandering our name and claiming we don't have good car.  Please contact me if you need anything else.  Thanks [redacted]
