Review: Last month I had sent [redacted] several emails discussing the cancellation of my services with direct pay system. I currently had two subscriptions that I wanted to cancel. I never received a reply and was billed in the next cycle. I called the helpline, and [redacted] responded via email, cancelling one but not both of the services, and offering a refund of the service that was cancelled.I replied to him asking him to cancel the other service and for a refund of the billing for that month as well. He pointed out that I was not clear in my email and had made a spelling error that suggested that I only wanted one service cancelled. But the email did state "close my account and cancel ghost funnel" and asked not to be billed in the next cycle. I don't know how that was not clear. I agreed that I would let the charge go for this month since I was not clear in my email, but that I wanted an immediate cancellation of the service so I would not be billed the next month, and I wanted a confirmation of the cancellation. He has never replied and I have emailed him at least 3 additional times.I would also like to point out that if he had answered my original email about the cancellation in a timely manner, then I would have been able to clear up the mistake and had both services cancelled before the billing cycle. Even though I wasn't clear in my email, he had two weeks before the billing cycle to answer and confirm my cancellation and did nothing and it costed me $**. So honestly I believe that he does owe me a refund because his service promises a response in at least 48 hrs which he failed to do. [redacted] has not answered me mainly because he finds me annoying. I paid several hundred dollars for his service only to find out that it is not what he claims, and he was irritated with my criticisms or with the fact that I constantly needed help with it. Regardless of any inconvenience, when I pay nearly $** mo for a service, and hundreds in start-up fees, I deserve to be answerDesired Settlement: I would like my money refunded for the service that was in dispute because[redacted] did not respond in a timely manner, and had two weeks to do so. If he had responded I would have caught the mistake and been able to make the proper cancellation. Even though I feel like my original request was clear. I also want a confirmation that ALL my services have been cancelled and that I will not be charged in the future.
