I spoke to [redacted] yesterday and we are having the consumer send in the logo of his bouncer and are going to issue a refund for his entire purchase price Mr [redacted] appeared to be pleased with the resolution

We have reached out to this consumer twice and have not received a return call in order for resolve her concern At this time we are closing our file unless we hear from her soon Thank you

Little Tikes reached out to Ms [redacted] and have offered for her to send in the Logo from the bouncer and we will send a new fabric portion of the bouncer for her use Ms [redacted] appeared to be pleased with the resolution

It was sent two day service and should reach Little Tykes on Friday. As long as I get a new bounce house, excluding the air blower, I will be satisfied. I do not want a used Bounce House.Thank you

A day after filing my complaint with Revdex.com the company called and said they would replace the ripped materialThank You Revdex.com

This is a licensed product, but Little Tikes had the Licensed company reach out to the consumer and is sending the consumer a replacement via FedEx todayConsumer was satisfied with resolution

Hi, I have contacted the consumer and have explained that the web site states in several places that when a consumer purchases parts they need to make sure they are purchasing the correct parts for the correct product as our parts sales are final.  After explaining our reasoning for having All...

Sales Final on parts, I apologized for the way the call was initially handled and I have credited the consumer his entire purchase price.  Consumer was very satisfied with the resolution.  Thank you.

We spoke to [redacted] on January 2nd and sent a replacement rotor to him on January 2nd.  We are experiencing higher than normal call and email volume at this time of year.

I spoke to this consumer and explained that air needs to escape from the seams or the bouncer would blow up with the constant air machine.  The consumer appeared to be appreciative of the information and I believe the issue is resolved.

[redacted] contacted Little Tikes on May 1, 2017 and stated that she had purchased the Little Tikes My Frist Slide about 5-6 months ago.  Little Tikes requested that she send in a photo of the product along with the concern that she was experiencing.  In June and July, Ms. [redacted]...

tried sending Little Tikes photos of her slide, but for some reason the email was received, but the photos were not attached.  Little Tikes responded to her email and again requested that she deface the slide and send photos of it so we could send a new slide.  On October 10, 2017 we received the photos of the defaced slide and Little Tikes had a new slide inspected for the consumer.  The slide was inspected and is shipping today to the consumer's address.
