I'm very disappointed in the service in which I received at this locationI was told my truck needed an alignment The next day I drove my truck it began to tremble on I I returned to Little Tire the gentleman there said I needed a tire so I brought a tire and the truck once again started tremblingI returned to them and they said it wasn't the alignment, he said I then need a tire balancing doneI said but you didn't informed me of this in the beginningI'm disappointed and feel that I was mislead  from the beginning and my truck is still trembling at this time

[redacted] came into Little Tire Co.  [redacted]  **  [redacted]  on November  1st  2014 for an oil change and a flat repair on a 2004 Jeep Liberty.   She came in and the work order  was  written up at 9:12 by the time stamp on...

her invoice.  Oil change and tire repair on left front tire was done and she then requested to balance all tires.  When we went to remove the other 3 tires (the left front was off for the repair) the right front had one lug nut that would not come off.  At this time we also noticed that we were out of the wheel weights that were needed to balance her type of wheels.  We told her of the problem with the lug nut and the weights.  And gave her a quote to repair. This is the first time this vehicle had been into Little Tire Co.  The problem with the lug nut was the fault of the last person who removed that wheel from the car and cross threaded the lug when they put it back on.  If we had been that last person we would have handled the problem for her,  again this is the first time this vehicle had been into our store. [redacted] states that she was waiting for 3 hours when the time stamp on the invoice was 9:12 in and 10:43 out. Which is 1 hour and 31 minutes.   The lug nut on her vehicle could not be removed because it was stripped / cross threaded before we touched it.The clip/pads she refers to are the wheel weights used to balance the tires.  We were out of the type needed for her vehicle and she was not charged for this service nor did the vehicle leave our shop any worse than when it came in she just at that time found out that there was a problem with the lug nut on the right front.  Nothing was left off or not put back on.Little Tire Co. does not feel it is fair for [redacted] to blame it for something someone else did to her vehicle.  And I might add that the lugs are parts that do wear out and that it might not be any one’s fault.  We are sorry that [redacted] has vehicle problem and does not have the means to take care of it.      David V. I'm very disappointed in the service in which I received at this location. I was told my truck needed an alignment. The next day I drove my truck it began to tremble on I 95. I returned to Little Tire the gentleman there said I needed a tire so I brought a tire and the truck once again started trembling. I returned to them and they said it wasn't the alignment, he said I then need a tire balancing done. I said but you didn't informed me of this in the beginning. I'm disappointed and feel that I was mislead from the beginning and my truck is still trembling at this time.

Review: I took my car in to this shop to get a flat fixed. I told them while they were working on the tire to go ahead an balance them. After waiting for 3 hours for a oil change balance and flat repair, I was told that they couldn't balance the tires because while working on the car the mechanic stripped my lug nut. they admitted to do it but wanted me to replace what they broke and pay $100 to do it. They also left off the clips/pads that connect the tire to something on my car. I called to talk to the manager an he wasn't trying to help. I walked out of there with my car in worse shape then I dropped it off in. So it wasn't balanced they stripped my lug nut and I have no clips in my tire. what if I was in a car accident and my tire blew out and something happened to me. I don't think it is fair I have to replace what they broke and I be at risk because of it. it is the only car I have and I don't have $100 to pay them I have to get back and forth to work and not my tires are worse. the guy at the shop even told me that the mechanic wouldn't stop applying pressure which caused the lug nut to break. they were rude and un helpful.Desired Settlement: I want them to replace the lug nut they broke and balance my tires like they agreed to do and I want the clips put on. I will pay for the balance but will not pay for the lug nut they broke
