IMy family has been coming to Little Valley Mountain Resort since about I have stayed at Misty Moonlight, Mountain Majesty and the Frontier Mountain and a few othersI like the hands on management and the staff at the officeThe cabins seem to have all we needed gas grill cooking hardware,dishwasher , washer and dryer, books games, pool table , hot tube, etcThe cleaning people seem to do a really good job cleaning the cabinsTheir seems to be a cabin for every different type of family needsSo I am coming back to Little Valley Mountain Resort this SummerThank You
We stayed in the Magic Moments Cabin and wish to submit the following review. The cabin was clean with the exemption of the carpet on the stairs and the bedroom. Poor lighting everywhere except living room and bathroom. The only light in the kitchen is over the sink and one of the two bulbs was burned out. The water is hard and has a terrible odor. We could not drink the water. The jets in the jacuzzi were very poor possibly due to the build up from the hard water. Trash was put out on Wednesday night as requested but never picked up and raccoons got into it. The wall lights in the pool table area were very dim and only 15 watt bulbs. The bedroom is upstairs very cramped. There is no room on the side of the bed near the ceiling.
My family arrived July 1st 2016 and we stayed in Endless Love Cabin. When we arrived the driveway scraped both our cars to where we would go turn around at another cabin and head in that way. We went to the pool and it was closed we called and we was told it would be open soon. We went to the pool area Friday, Saturday and Sunday all the days we tried to swim it was closed. The office said they would call when it was opened we received a call Saturday and we left to go swimming only to find out it was still closed. Monday July 4th 2016 someone called again and said the pool was opened. And yes it finally was but it was cloudy we had talked to the pool man and he explained what had happened. Which is more that the office ever did on Tuesday July5th 2016 when we checked out I asked for a discount and the lady at the office said that the pool had only been closed a few hours all weekend. She acted like everyone was crazy cause it had been opened well Saturday we witnessed a lot of people down there complaining about it. when you plan a vacation and you pick a place to stay and they say they have a heated pool then you should get your moneys worth.. At no time did we ever hear we are sorry for any inconvenience. at least make the money right. I understand things happen if only Little Valley would have accepted there responsibility we could have understood more. Shame on you all!
