When [redacted] came in she was told that we have a $40.00 per ticket fee but because both are on the same record we only charged her $30.00 per ticket. We did not charge her any fee for booking the hotel which alot of time was spent on...

this to get her the best location and price.
I am sorry we do not have this in our Web site. I don't think Agency do that. Perhaps will consider this.

The Agency now claims that I was told about the fee when I came in. I was in their office only one time to pick up tickets. All previous contact was by phone and fee was never mentioned nor was I given a charge slip. So how could this be? I learned later that the charge was put on my account several days before I came in the Agency office.
It is ironic that the Agency mentions spending a lot of time on the hotel reservation This was due to their error.The confirmation did not show a reservation for our first night in Boston. They apologized for not noticing this and obtained a corrected confirmation the same day. So I did not mention this in my original complaint.
I paid the $60 unauthorized fee, but would like to be reimbursed, since the Agency claims they told me about a fee after putting it on my charge account.
If the Agency is not willing to admit their negligence in forgetting to inform me of this fee, the Revdex.com should put a warning on their site that dealing with this Agency may result in unpleasant results.

I am so sorry Mrs. [redacted] that you a bad experience with Little World. I am sending you a check for the airline fee we charged and I apologize for any stress we caused you due to the misunderstanding. We tried to research the hotels to find you an area that would be convenient for both of you. That is what I meant as time spent on the hotels.
We have been in business 40 years and have always tried to have satisfied clients.
