To Whom it may concern:Reference # [redacted] purchased a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo from us (Little's Drive In Auto Sales LLC) on September 20th, 2016.At that time Mr. [redacted] did not express any concern with anything being broken or not functioning properly at the time of sale....

We did include a service contract with his vehicle at no cost to him. It was a C.A.R.S. Protection Plus Service Contract for 3 Months/4,500 Miles whichever came first. It was a basic service contract, that included Engine, Automatic Transmission/Transfer Case, Drive Axle Assembly, Seals & Gaskets, Labor, Rental Benefits, & Towing. We (Little's Drive In Auto Sales LLC) do not warranty our vehicles, we do include service contracts with them, threw C.A.R.S. Mr. [redacted] was aware of this and signed the AS-IS paper along with the C.A.R.S. Service Contract. He also received a copy of all of his paper work the day of sale that included the service contract & the AS-IS Buyers Guide Disclosure. None of his complaints were covered in his protection plus package. We still told him there will be no charge for anything we find wrong with the vehicle and fix any problems at no cost to him.The said vehicle was purchased for $7,150.00 with tax and fees (Title, Doc, New Plate, Temp Tag, Lien) His total came to $7789.Which he financed though the company we use Lendmark Financial, Mr, [redacted] had every opportunity to back out of the deal at any time while at the bank when they (lendmark Financial) was going over his interest rate. We at the dealership have no say on anyone's interest rate. That is strictly for the bank to decide. We do not know what his interest rate is as it has nothing to do with us. Once again that is strictly between him and the bank, but he kept calling us and posting harmful comments on facebook blaming us for how much he has to pay back. Mr. [redacted] even went so far as to create a facebook page just for bashing us on. It's called "Little's Lemons” On this page you can clearly see post of him bashing us and hurting our business. He even goes on to state if you don't believe me check out the Revdex.com website they will be posting our case in the near future.Mr. [redacted] has verbally attacked 3 of the staff members here at Little's Drive In Auto Sales LLC on numerous occasions. He told us it is his mission in life to shut us down. He uses profanity and screams when he does not get his way. He has gone online to our business facebook page and slandered us numerous times, we had to ban him from our page, His latest complaint is the interest on his loan. My secretary spent an hour on the phone with him explaining that we are not able to change the interest rates for anyone that is up to the finance company's we use. He proceeded to scream at her told her she is stupid, a liar, and thanks for selling me a piece of crap. (I'll leave out the profanity he used) She stayed professional and kindly explained once again that we have no control over interest rates, his car has always worked correctly while in our shop, and that she did not lie to him in anyway. She did exactly what she was supposed to do. I've never had a complaint against Crystal everyone loves her. She is amazing at her job and is such a people person. The [redacted]'s even called her out on facebook after they purchased their car saying how much they liked her and how great she was through the process of purchasing their vehicle, (I have attached a copy of their comments from September) Wish I could include all the nasty comments as well but they all disappeared when we blocked him from our page.We only recently stopped communicating with [redacted] because of the way he talks to us and we have tried on more than one occasion to make him happy and help him with his complaints about the vehicle and no matter what we do we can't make him happy. We have never given him a bill for any of the work we have done or the countless hours we have spent trying to find something wrong with his vehicle. The last time we spoke with him we asked how we could help him and all he did was yell about his interest rate. He stated the car was fixed by real professionals. So not sure what we are supposed to do, he refused to let us see the car nor tell us the mileage the was currently on it.He brought the vehicle in for a concern he had on October 10th 2016, at that time he stated it needed brakes, & rotors, our mechanic looked at the ones that were on his vehicle and stated that they were new no reason to change them. He looked over the Jeep and saw nothing wrong with its performance in anyway. So, we left [redacted] know our findings and he picked up the jeep, never said he wasn't happy with our findings or our service. He then called back and made another appointment for November 2nd 2016 for the same issues, then again November 9th, & December 6th. He did not Show up for 2 of those appointments, I believe it was December 6th 2016 that we took his vehicle to [redacted] down the street from us for an open recall on the steering column. Our question would be if your so concerned with your vehicle not being reliable and always breaking down why would you keep not showing up for your appointments?[redacted] needed a down payment of $900.00 If he did not pay the full amount then how does he have a car? If you do not pay in full you do not leave with a vehicle. He stated he paid $7300 that's not true as you will see in the paper work attached his total was $7150 plus tax & fees brought his grand total to $7789.We never once stated to Mr. [redacted] that he was stuck with what he was stuck with. We tried several times to fix the said problems he was having with his vehicle. When he did show up for appointments he would have several other complaints to go along with the original ones so we always checked into all of them and could not find anything wrong with his Jeep. We always tried to fix his vehicle, however you cannot fix what is not broken. The jeep did not have any issues while in our facility. Mr. [redacted] has had this vehicle for over 7 months at this point. We have no idea how he treats his vehicle or if he keeps up with regular maintenance. We truly feel we did everything we could have done to help him. He just did not like our answers for him. We know in our hearts that we sold him a reliable vehicle with lots of life left in it, if he kept up with the proper maintenance. So we would like to know where he has come up with the amount for the dispute for $1765.00 If he took his vehicle to another garage that over charged him how is that our fault. We never lied to him, we only tried to help him.He stated in his complaint that he purchased said vehicle on October 3rd 2016, That is incorrect his purchase date was September 20th 2016. When Mr. [redacted] contacted us on October 4th 2016 he didn't even give us time to answer his questions, he just started yelling we sold him a lemon and he was not happy about it. We have learned from dealing with [redacted] that he has a very bad temper and anger issue when he does not hear what he wants to hear or get his way. He likes in our opinion to use excessive profanity and tries to intimidate myself and my staff by yelling and calling names. He has told us on more than one occasion he will shut us down. At this point I'm just not sure how to handle this situation with him as we have tried several times.I hope that I have provided you with all the appropriate information you needed to conduct your investigation.
