Little's Executive Business Consulting Reviews (2)

He has done wonders for our group home in Raleigh. Just when we were about to give up he was referred to us by a County Commissioner. He was expensive but so are most decent consultants. Seemed very cocky but he delivered on every promise so no complaints here. We plan to use him again next year for our expansion.Could not afford to keep him longer than 1 year. Smart guy.Cocky but he knows his stuff.

+1

I met the Gentleman through a friend of mine, this person said he could get me a Business Grant, well he seemed to be Honest and sounded good!I had met the Gentleman [redacted] while he was talking about him getting a Grant for another organization that my friend asked me to sit in with. He sounded so good that I asked him if he could get me a Business Grant, well silly me, I had ending up giving him $3,500.00, in return I received nothing but a big Headache and this guy keeps getting away with it. I have a Disability and he knows this and I believe he is not giving me my Moneys back! This is know way to run a Business! Desired SettlementI would just love to have my hard earned Money back and let everyone know what a scammed artist he is to own a Business!Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXXContact Email: [redacted]A. Stipulations of Fact: In 2009 Little's Executive Business Consulting, L.L.C. entered into a contractual agreement with Mr. [redacted].Pursuant to this contractual agreement, Mr. [redacted] received a substantially discounted price for consulting services (specifically, to research, prepare, organize, structure and aim to establish his entity as an approved government contractor and grantee, which would allow my firm to then seek and attain grant offerings (along with the solicitation of private contractual services to other professionals) for Mr. [redacted]' entity.Little's Executive Business Consulting, L.L.C. has an hourly rate of $250.00 per hour. However, as Mr. [redacted] noted, he was a referral (please note, this also means he was not sought out and targeted, he came to and solicited me for services). As such, Mr. [redacted] was provided with a discounted retainer offer and we began consultation services (which included communication with the client, as well as countless hours dealing with [redacted] and [redacted] (the government's agency which handles all small business structuring, credit/etc. within the United States).Mr. [redacted] did pay his money, however, we have engaged in countless hours of work, which has produced work product that would exceed in excess of $7,250 in billable hours for the average client.B. Observations from the situation: It is evident that Mr. [redacted] is frustrated, however we have reached out to Mr. [redacted] on several occasions and his contact information has changed. Additionally, while Mr. [redacted] has filed a complaint with Revdex.com, he did not use the same energy at all, to contact Little's Executive Business Consulting, L.L.C. in any capacity, not only to discuss, but not even to express his having a complaint. As a business, we only know clients are dissatisfied when they communicate such to and with us. Mr. [redacted] has done no such thing. We care for our clients and our track record speaks for itself, as we are a [redacted] Verified and approved industry leader in Executive Consulting - and have helped over 200 small business owners, and 5 large corporations, in professional services over the past three(3) years alone. We have a professional office, in a public, corporate center and are always available for our clients, so this type of complaint is quite surprising, to say the least.C. Terms of Contract: Mr. [redacted]' contract clearly states that his services are not eternal, but are statutorily relegated to one year. Business agreements are not eternal and with all respect, when extending large discounts to referrals, we certainly can't afford to provide lifetime contracts. If Mr. [redacted] would like to renew his contract, we will do so at a very reasonable price. We will continue on the progress we've made and will conclude our assignments, according to his desired goals, efficiently (with those goals being spelled out in writing, not changing each week depending on Mr. [redacted]' mood).D. Additional information: At the expiration of Mr. [redacted]' contract, he was informed that we'd happily continue beyond his contractual termination date if he wanted to, but that he needed to understand that in order for us to get him D&B Credit, it requires the purchasing of the [redacted] Premium Credibility Package (which as [redacted] and [redacted] Credibility Corporation -PHONE- X-XXX-XXX-XXXX will verify, in 2010 cost $1,200 but today, will cost $1,740).This is required for us to move forward, as we need to have [redacted] at a certain rating, to be able to have the appropriate credit reference from [redacted] as we seek registration for contracts. To earn Mr. [redacted]' business, I will commit herein to cover 1/2 of those costs, if Mr. [redacted] will cover the other half.As for my service costs, I'll waive additional costs and provide free consultation to complete the work under his expired contract, if he will commit to paying Little's Executive Business Consulting, L.L.C. 10% of any and all grants that we get for him and [redacted]This also requires Mr. [redacted] acting like an adult and being serious, not looking for any excuse to go complaining to Revdex.com.If Mr. [redacted] does not find this agreement acceptable, we will consider the matter closed, as we have fulfilled the legal requirements of our contractual agreement. We helped Mr. [redacted] when he was having difficulties - [redacted], so he is not some targeted victim here. We want his business, but (1) his contract is expired; (2) we need to purchase the credit builder from [redacted] and (3) we had no idea he was dissatisfied with services. He added us on [redacted] and has not said one word about being dissatisfied. Therefore, his very accusatory language and tone have no credibility.
