Littleton Lyne LLC has charged me $450 from my $900 security deposit for fabricated allegations of repairs. I received a letter saying that Littleton Lyne LLC was keeping $450 of my security deposit for cleaning my apsrtment and repairs for an apartment that was left in good condition. They made no attempt to warn me of this or provide notice. They came in and inspected my apartment and never told me about these "problems" that they have created. I spent over twelve hours cleaning this apartment before I left and I was charged as if I left it s mess. The apartment was left in near perfect condition and I am being billef for minute things that should be covered when they clean the apartment for the next tenant. The apartment was left in condition far superior to the other sreas of the property such as hallways and stair wells. Yet they make no effort to fix up those areas. They only wish to bill tenants for ridiculous charges.Desired SettlementRefund my complete security deposit. Business Response We have pictures of the damages charged for, however, we waived the carpet repair charge and discounted the cleaning. An additional check was issued and the tenant received a total $730.00 of the security deposit back. He has since deposited both checks.
