Thank you for sending the complaintA couple things here, DrS*** never worked on this patient, so I believe that is error as the correct provider isn’t listed. Ms*** originally was seen at *** *** *** *** by DrRon K***Ms*** received a partial denture
and denture for restorative needsMs*** was not happy with the fit, so DrK*** sent her to DrS*** at Littleton Modern who is a Prosthodontist and specialist for removable dental work. After numerous discussions on liking fit of the Denture, DrS*** has agreed to refund the money paid for the dentures so that Ms*** can get the treatment needed. Ms*** has reached out to me via email and phone numerous times, demanding refunds, using profanity, aggressive natured emails, threats, calling non-affiliated offices and disrupting their business practices trying to get a refund. Ms*** asked for the $along with a wanting us to pay for a new denture and lab feesMs*** has continued to threaten to file Revdex.com and other complaints if we, “don’t pay her more money”This falls under extortion and harassment and we are looking at preparing a filing with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s office for these criminal violationsSince filing the Revdex.com complaint Ms*** continues to call and send threats on the refund, despite utilizing your service as a mediatorI have asked her to stop disrupting the offices, and rely on your department for help. Ms*** requested a refund on 11/21/which was processed after the holiday weekend for $The refund was sent electronically to her credit card company, which declined the refundAt this time a manual check was issued, and received on 12/06/17. Ms*** kept referring to her insurance payment of $to Littleton Modern DentistryI noted to her numerous times that we had not received the $at this officeMs*** would become combative both orally and in writing regarding this refund, with numerous emails being sent with no form of legitimate conversation occurring, despite being told we had not been paidAfter reviewing her account and contacting *** *** *** *** we discovered they were paid for the original denture, which was refunded immediately. As for the demand of $and a lab bill for a new dentureMs*** has been refunded her $and the insurance company their payment of $This is money that should be utilized for the new procedures as we have refunded themThe additional request has been noted numerous times with attached threats of complaints being filed, the term, “don’t mess with me”, has been used and unfortunately we will not be issuing any further refunds. I don't want to sound like a broken record on this, however, first Todd was willing to pay meback, then it was as soon as I got the finished product, now it's because I didn't use theirlab to have my old denture/partial fixed Why in the world would I use their lab Two oftheir dentists ruined my orginial denture/partial which by the way are almost years old.After waiting months, their lab sent me someone elses trays and the second time aroundafter waiting months they sent denture/partial with teeth that were to big and the extensionson both were too long which caused me to bit the inside of my cheeks and lips If their labcould not even supply me with proper denture/partial does he really think that they could have matched the teeth in my original dentures/partial I certainly was not about to give them theopportunity to further ruin my year old dentures/partial Plain and simple fact Mr P***agreed in Nov to reimburse me and I fully expect that to happen

To whom it may concern:- We have refunded Mrs*** all money requested that was paid to the offices of Littleton Modern Dentistry and *** *** *** ***As indicated in the original response accordingly to the dates and times provider in prior correspondence. - We have also refunded her insurance company as indicated in the prior letter and stand by the issuance of checks to her insurance carrier. - We are not going to refund any amounts over what has been paid to the office, as Mrs*** can utilize the money refunded towards a new treatment at the provider of her choice. - We are not issuing a settlement of $to pay for a new partial and we are not covering the lab fee from another dentist, as we have already refunded her portion paid to us for her partial, and her insurance carrier has also been refunded. - As indicated in prior conversations, Mrs*** is more than capable of filing a request for a Peer Review through the Colorado Dental Association www.CDAonline.org at which time Dentists will review the case, make a determination, and we will agree to abide by whatever decision they decide.
