I paid $(only half of this was covered by insurance) for Littleton Painters (LP) to repair the hail damage to all sides of my home about months agoThey completely painted our home about years ago (not 3, as I have looked back at my files) for just about the same amountA few weeks ago I had another painter come to look at the exterior window trim, and he informed me that the exterior areas around the windows were not primed nor caulked within the past few years, and the problem extends to all of the first level windows, and possibly the second floor windows, tooHe will inspect them when he comes to do the work if LP has not followed up on this project by the time he is available in August to do the work

1/Littleton Painters (LP) explained that the reason they needed double the fee that the insurance carrier suggested we pay was because they needed to do all sides of the house, not just two which *** indicated needed repair
In April they said they would come complimentary to fix the paint chipping off around the back picture windowWhile waiting months for them to come, I had another painter assess the situation and he informed me that neither priming nor caulking was done around any of the windows 9/when our house was originally painted by LP
Since they did not originally paint to a standard quality upheld by most house painters, yet told me they did, I am requesting reimbursement for the painter who completed the painting job, at a standard quality, for them
