My husband and I purchased our home in April Our previous home owners used this company to provide yearly maintenance services to this irrigation system We thought we continue using their services since they’re familiar with the systemThis ended up being a BAD DECISION In April one of their employees came out to our home to turn on the system but unbeknownst to us the system had failed We had no idea it failed until we received a letter on September 23rd from StLouis County Public Works informing us the system failed AND on that same day we received a post card from them saying it’s time to turn off the system for the winterI immediately called them but had to leave a voice messageOne of their employees called on the following Monday to confirm that the system had indeed failed and they told our cousin (who was house sitting at the time) this information and tried calling us on my cell phone once or twice to inform us and received no response but did not lea

On today, September 28th we had a second option backflow prevention test performed by Professional Irrigation Systems and by our surprise our sprinkler system passed (in which they will mail the results to St. Louis County Public Works).  We were told the system is working properly, it’s...

just dated.   And there is no need for us to replace it right now because it’s under a life time warranty plan.   Talking about confusion, we’re completely bewildered right now.   ABSOLUTELY, nothing [redacted] Irrigation has told us so far is adding up. I was calling back to address their concerns & to offer a refund for the winterization, which is what they requested, if they would send us a written statement releasing us from the Service Agreement, since this is breaking a contract.I was unable to get to that point of the conversation with Mrs. [redacted] before our company was accused of not telling the truth that their 26 year old backflow had failed.  We were accused of not telling the person at the house that the backflow had a problem.  Sometime later our service tech called Mrs. [redacted]'s cell since we had not heard back & he had to leave a message to call him back to discuss the backflow issue.  To this point she denied getting any message on her phone.  At that time she became very accusatory that someone was lying and it was not her, it was us.  At that point I hung up the phone after being called a liar.  It is more than frustrating to try to talk to someone who talks over you & seems beyond reason.Please look at our record with the Revdex.com.  I think this shows that we are en ethical company & have not had any "lying" issues beforeOnce again, we were willing to refund the part of the Service Agreement that we have not performed.  Due to the point of accusatory nature, we never got to discuss this.  The services we already performed were the system start-up & backflow test (which failed).  Please see the attached copy of our Service Agreement.  The refundable portion would be $99.00.With any questions, please call at [redacted].

Please add the following and attachment to our compliant. And again, we want these points to be stressed and on record. (1) We had a second opinion backflow test performed by Professional Irrigation System and our system passed. (2) My wife nor I never received a cell phone call or had voice messages left.  Nor did we receive anything in writing or by mail informing us the backflow test they performed failed. (3)  When we called the first time to speak with someone regarding this issue, everyone was calm and at that time is when we were told “THEY DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS”. Otherwise, we would have never taken this route to begin with. (4) Both parties involved were talking over each other and therefore, the conversation became heated.  My wife never hung up though.   Attached is our written statement releasing [redacted] Irrigation from the service agreement.  The hardcopy was mailed to: [redacted] Irrigation, [redacted] today. Thanks, [redacted]
