Review: I applied for the apprenticeship program to work for construction labor but before I have been dispatched for work after waiting over a month I decided its best that I go to school to finish my units to transfer and I was hoping for a refund to help pay for my books since I haven't worked yet but they told me they couldn't, that the money I had paid couldn't be refunded.Desired Settlement: I just want a full refund of what I paid.
