I ordered 3 masks on April 26th from Liv Rocks Shop. My credit card was charged the same day. On May 8th I received an email stating that my order was ready and a tracking # was give. As of 5/26/2020 my package has not left Liv Rocks Shop. I have emailed her five times and left multiple comments on Facebook and Instagram without communication back. Terrible thing to do to people at this time.
We were selling MASKS for COVID-19 and this is NOT what we normally do. As we posted everywhere we were a 3-4 week lead time. It is unfortunate that people replied and backlashed at us when ALL we have been trying to do is help the community. We didn't do anything wrong. It is COVID-10, we had limitations, we had delays and trued to post that everywhere and every customer that ordered DID receive their order.

How do you explain all the other complaints including my order from December which was never fulfilled. You do not answer your phone nor respond to email. What else would you suggest people do? I don’t see you responding to any other bad reviews. Helping the community? Really? You are a thief. You are taking advantage of the community is what you are doing.
Horrible! Took my money and sent only part of my order and had to wait a month! I ordered adult masks and received children’s masks. They blocked me on social media and won’t return my emails. Total scam!

I have had the same experience as one of the other posts. Placed my orderin early April 2020, a mailing label was created, but nothing has shipped. I have tried to work with vendor and only flowery worded form emails come back. Buyer beware, this is has all the signs of a scam.

Same here. Label created them nothing. No calls answered, no way to leave a message, they don’t reply to emails or Facebook messages. I reported them on bbb, here, on Facebook to cut their sponsored ads, and will create a fraud claim on my credit card. I love their response to the one bad review about helping the community when they are flat out stealing from people. Sham on them!

My credit card was charged, shipping label was created but the items were never sent to the shipper! I sent many emails and only received generic auto reply. Its been 30 days and nothing!!
I ordered face masks and a couple of crystals and while it did take a bit to get them I get it since the demand for the masks went up so high. I love the camouflage mask I got for my husband and he actually wears it LOL! I love mine too, super cute prints. Thanks.

Instead of emailing me and asking me if I wanted to pick a replacement or if I wanted a refund they sent me a mask of their choosing. I hated it. I tried to reach out by email and got a form response that “fashion doesn’t matter and to be happy I got a mask.” After that they stopped responding to emails. I tried reaching out on social media and was blocked, again with no reply. Finally had to file a dispute with my bank for bait and switch fraud. With an apology and a replacement mask I actually liked this all could have been avoided.

I ordered 2 bottles of hand sanitizer, gloves, and face mask filters from this company. When I finally received my order, the receipt said I was refunded for my filters, which I was not. I also never received the second bottle of hand sanitizer. I'm a critical care nurse and these items were essential to keep myself as well as my family safe. I have emailed this company multiple times, messaged them on instagram, and have commented on their pictures with no response. Multiple people have had the same complaint as I have and have voiced their complaints as well on facebook and on instagram. These items are essential during this time. The money I was not refunded is more than what I make as a critical care nurse per hour.
This customer was trying to contact yo several times to withdraw her complaint. She emailed us and mediates us on social apologizing as she said she was just impatient. Please follow up with her as the wanted to withdraw the complaint, thanks!
