I am rejecting this response because:The response is word for word the exact same response that I received a few weeks ago. The company Livingston Communications is in violation of the antitrust law on two accounts as I have stated in my last complaint and I request this issue be resolved before I am forced to take legal action.

Livingston hereby responds to your concern about our policy that our internet customers within our regulated territory subscribe to wireline voice service. The Company had notified you via a letter on September 1, 2015 and then again on May 1, 2016 that you would need to subscribe to voice service in order for the Company to continue providing you the Internet package. Livingston is committed to our customers. The policy of requiring a voice line subscription with Internet service is a business decision made by the Company, applies equally to all customers, and is not in violation of federal or state requirements.Thank you again for conveying your concerns about your Livingston services.
