I cancelled this product because I am allergic to it. They have nothing in the system showing. I called them but they referred me to 3 websites.

No where did they give the full amount of the product. Nowhere did they state I would be charged. I cancelled and they took note but now claim it is not in their system. It was a sample of Keto Diet Supplement and I did not know what it was until it arrived with the name "Live Active Garcinia" after looking it up, I found it was a substance I am allergic to (break out in Hives) I called the supervisor today, he told me that I declined a partial refund, but I did not..I explained I wanted the full refund and told them I had never heard of their companies as they gave me three different websites with three different names and I didn't know where they were located because I had a hard time understanding their accents. I asked for their corporate location, address and CEO and He, as well as all His representatives told me they could not give me that information. I told him I just needed my refund back and not to yell at me...He called me a racist.

There is no information that stated such on the website provided. This was not the same offer, nor the same website. Why was I billed under NEWAGEFACECREAM instead? I am not aware of any trial offer or future billing...I called the company and have received nothing but the run around since this is not the original advertisement. Why would they charge one price first then add another? Deceptive Practices

The above websites a) and b) are the different names given to me by the representatives. The original website with the original price is not being given. Nor does it show the original offer of $6.95. There was no mention of this being a trial on any of these other websites (?)
On Auguts 13, 2019 I was called on my cell phone (XXX-XXX-XXXX) by another representative who also stated that it was my fault that the company did not cancel my order. She then offered me $40.00, I told her I wanted a full refund and then she raised it to a 70.00 refund, and I told her again I wanted the full amount credited since this is not making any sense to me and I am sure this amount of refund will not hurt the company. She became very condescending and hung up on me.

Website clearly states "Simply email us, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label" They repeatedly refuse to honor this.
Received product and decided it doesn't work for me. I requested the prepaid return postage that they commit to on their website (https://www.liveactivebrands.com/faq.php). I emailed them 3 times and they refused to honor what they commit to. I phoned them 3 times and they refused to honor what they commit to. This is fraud!

Desired Outcome

advise where to take this obvious fraudulent claim, they are obviously disreputable.

You sent us an email on 05/27/2019, requesting to cancel your account and our email support was able to cancel it and advise you to return the unused portion of the product and we also don't provide Return label.

As a courtesy, you can go ahead and keep the products.

I accept IF I understand "As a courtesy, you can go ahead and keep the products." means that I will not be charged anything additional and do no need to return the product.

Bought from add on Face Book, they said the Shark's invested 2.25 million on Garcini Cambogia Report.
I paid to Carrabbas $100.56 on 02/08/19 and Carrabbas $88.79 on 02/09/19 I got muscle loss, saw my Dr. and he told me it was from Garcinia Cambogia and had me have blood tests, so he would have something to compare with in case I had more problems I called them to tell them what happen To me and send me a refund stop any auto ship. Then I got another order, so my bank had me cancel my credit card. I called again to complain about and told them I wanted a refund for both orders. The I received a email showing me muscle people with no names an now email to reach them.It was in my mind was fake information.

I was conned out of 530.00 I elected to receive a free sampl of their product for just shipping cost in november
they advertised free sampl of their garcina cambrogia. when it arrived it also had a colon clenese whick I did not ask for I dont do colon cleanse. they never said anything about 14 day trial or a automatic of the pills every month. sent me another shpment and then another before I looked at my credit card and saw I was being charged 90.00 for each bttle to the total of 536.00.I called and they would not take back the pills. they said the stocking charge would be more then the pills. they took off a lousy 60.00. im a senior citizen I feel I was taken advantage of.

I was automatically charged for a product I did not receive or agree to receive.
I did not know that I would be charged additional monies after paying for a partial product for which I never used and remains sealed. I found the additional charge on my mobile banking app and immediately called the bank who gave me the contact info for the company. I called the company who at first contended they could not find my account info. The rep. Stephanie told me that I agreed to the reoccurring charges and I told her I had not but had only responded to a Facebook ad to try out a product. At no time was there a declaration that an additional $89 would be charged. I told her that I did not want any subscription or reoccurring products. She processed the cancellation but stated she could not refund the $89 even after being told I had not received additional products. I informed her I would dispute the $89 charge. I am filing this complaint so this company cannot continue taking consumers money unknowingly.

Product: Garcina Cambogia ordered online for $6.95 and debited from my *** Checking Account. When I received box in mail from Tampa..there was a second bottle of Colon Cleanse pills in box with the Garcina bottle. I was suspicious. I called the company sometime in the period 7.11. to 7.19.18 and CANCELED THE ACCOUNT. They then made UNAUTHORIZED DEBITS OF $89.87 from my checking account on 8/1/18 and 8/31/18 totaling $179.74 from my account. I received a second box in mail out of Tampa on or about 8.31.18, called the LIVE ACTIVE BRANDS, aka JUDENSEYESERUM,aka JUDENHE*FACECREAM company. They CHANGED THEIR WEBSITE in the INTERIM at liveactivebrands.com . This website has been changed again. They obviously have had complaints. They allege my account was debited for a subscription (monthly), and would not credit the full 89.87 x 2 to me. I have made a minimum of four (4) calls to the company, hung up on THREE TIMES by cust svce folks Pam, Juden and Jake. My four call ws to Pete employee no. 6018 allegedly), put me on hold and I eventually spoke with MAX...employee no. 416, a supervisor. She alleged I did not call back within the 14 business days required to cancel the account. This is a lie, an untruth, and my wife, *** witnessed and heard the call. They refuse to refund me my money. FTC has received a filed complaint on or about 9/4/18. Bank investigation yielded initially a failure to get resolution, and, they lied to the bank investigator. Congressman Matthew Gaetz referred me to ya'll.

Desired Outcome

Refund Full refund of a remaining $119,74. A closure of this business as they are committing fraud against countless consumers in the United States. Their advertising is also fraudulent. Their terms of use was hidden/buried in the bottom of their ORIGINAL WEBSITE, and, I was led to believe that the initial $6.95 was the only charge for the Garcinia Cambogia product. Furthermore, the product did NOT help me at all. This company is committing fraud and should fined by FTC/Revdex.com.

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that you will receive a 30 day supply of the product and you can test it out for 14 days for the cost of shipping and handling fee only. Before fully making your purchase you were asked if you agreed to the terms and conditions. Everything is stated on the terms and conditions.Your trial started on 07/05/18 in which you received a 30-day supply of the products, the trial ended on 07/30/18 without any cancellation hence the regular charges. On 07/30/18, you were officially enrolled to our monthly subscription, hence a month after, on 08/29/18 you were charged for another shipment.

Active Garcinia.....is this consumers time worth anything? Why did it take eight hours of time spent with federal agencies ..Revdex.com and FTC to get you to make the refund? Your company makes money off fraud and buried terms and conditions barely readable. If you send me $00.08, one cent for each hour of my time, thereby acknowledging your fault, I will drop this Revdex.com complaint; otherwise you owe me $800 for my time. I had ordered a 14 day trial from the company. On 7/26/2018 they charged my account for 6.97 and 6.95. I received my product on 7/31/2018. I have 14 days to cancel with is up on 7/14/2018 but I was charged for 89.87 and 88.90 on 08/09/2018, 5 days before my trial expired. I contacted them and they refuse to refund me my full amount despite it not being 14 days from when I received my order. They are only giving two $60 refunds. I am still yet to see these credits post to my account
