This is in reference to the complaint filed on 6/30/16, ID number [redacted] It's about the FREE chat line, livematch.com, owned by "Live Call Communications"Instead of dealing with the complaint in an adult manner, and dealing with the freak mentally ill people on his chat line, the owner decided to retaliate against me for this complaint by kicking me off his line...with no legitimate reason, and they have NOT responded to the Revdex.com about this complaint either; this is how he chose to respondI have NOT done anything to deserve this, and am being treated like dirt not only by his mentally ill chat line members, but also by the ownerHe needs to realize that wasting people's money by kicking them off and then only letting them back on if they pay is unethical and very wrong....he kicks off the freaks, then within days he lets them back on again, stealing their money over and over, then kicks off GOOD people like ME, who have brought ALOT of business to his line over a long period of time...NINE YEARSI WAS a loyal member, until he screwed me over, allowing the abuse to continue uncheckedHe acts out of spite and retaliates against you if you complain, which is also unethical and VERY wrongPlease discuss the issue with himThere is such thing as freedom of speech, and this chat line owner abuses you if you speak your mind, denying us our Constitutional rightHe does not have any excuse for this, and has chosen to take it out on meThank you The chat line owner needs to unblock my main extension number; also deal with the freaks on his line, and he knows who the three are, and stop milking them for money by kicking them off and then allowing them to come back on only if they pay, and then acting out of spite to those who've asked for helpHe should permanently block the certain three (the names they use start with R, B, and A on the chat line), or at the least the one or two, main stalkers on the line, one is a female, the other two are malesInstead, he saw this complaint and chose to retaliate against a loyal member who's been on the line for NINE years...completely unethicalI already tried discussing the issue with them before June 30, many times, to no availThat is why the complaint was filed on June 30thIt appears all he cares about is getting as much money out of as many people as they can; he needs to care about the line more, and the abuse that goes on, and not abuse people for seeking help for his line

I would’ve thought that the owner of a business would respond to a complaint with a bit more decency and maturity, but it just goes to show how immature “Chris” isI expected more maturity than to include an immature comment about ***, for Pete’s sake; which we don’t go to, but I guess CHRIS is just an immature, stupid jerkHe didn’t create the Longview phone number last year “just for me” to call his stupid chat line, that is a LIEHe has several numbers, all over the country, for people to use to call in on, and some are localOther callers in the Longview or surrounding areas use that number as well…DUHChris didn’t create the Longview number due to anything that had to do with my phone service at any timeMy phone company didn’t cut my service off, another lie from “Chris”
Let’s get this straight, apparently “Chris” can’t read English eitherI have no “squabbles” on this “pedophile’s” chat lineThis is NOT a malicious complaint eitherI DON’T and didn’t lie in my complaint, AT ALLIt DID cost me when “Chris” blocked FOUR of my Google numbers from his line…he OBSESSIVELY STALKED ME AND BLOCKED ME FROM THE LINE; AND HAD HIS ASSISTANT “JACK” DO SO AS WELL AT HIS INSTRUCTIONIt cost $for two numbers that were blocked from his line that was after he blocked the first two, DUHThat is what the jerk owes me for using his lineI’m glad I didn’t give him my credit card or other info, he’d have used it to stalk me and rip me off more, like he’s done to othersHe ripped off a member named “***” (real name excluded) by kicking him off and then charging him to come back on, which happened multiple times*** was stalking me on the line, and the last bunch of messages I left “Chris” and his helper “Jack” were NOT complaints, they were simply a record of how many times and when this “***” stalked me all over the chat lineIf the Chris had a brain he’d know that
Also, if he’d told me that he was going to KICK *** OFF THE LINE PERMANENTLY on July 2nd, last month, TWO DAYS AFTER I filed my complain, I may not have filed my original complaint to the Revdex.com on himHowever, “Chris” appears to be a pedophile, the only chat line owner who allows children on an adult chat line, so I don’t want anything further to do with him or his stupid line, and I hope the authorities force him to shut it down one day or he sells it to someone who knows how to run a chat line properlyHe has received many complaints about *** or others from many of the members and doesn’t do anything about it or the many, many glitches on his line
The main thing the members have asked for the most was to not be stalked by criminals online, and that it work properlyI have not made any demands of him, other than requesting that he do something about “***”“Chris” doesn’t give a darn about his customers or anything that happens on his line“Chris” allows “SWATTING” to take place on his chat line, which is very real and illegal (look it up on the FBI’s website), allows drug dealers and prostitutes to advertise on his lineIt’s common knowledge on the line that people have been murdered from his line, stalked, harassed, and “Chris” allows it to happen and continue, even when he’s been told what’s going on; he can tell for himself; he records everything and has Caller ID, so he knows our phone numbers when people call inHis computer system doesn’t allow you to block your number and call in; he insists you show it to him
I didn’t make any irrational demands of this it chat line ownerIt was only this year that he cut down the time he allowed basic members to talk for free on the line; he’s only into making money, and that’s all he cares aboutCutting down the free time was to force more members to BUY membershipsBefore that it was a CHOICE to buy a membership or not, to be able to send private messages to others, but that had nothing to do with the chat roomsWhen he changed everything and screwed up the line, which he’s too stubborn to admit he screwed up, he got greedy and cut down all basic members time on the line, only giving out one free hour, and a “happy hour” that you can message others, but they have to be online at the same time you are, or you can’t message themHis restrictions are greedy and stupidHe’s only in this for the money and has NO ETHICS whatsoeverHe doesn’t know how to run a business
His $charge he speaks of is not a modest fee and is only for one week of VIP membership, and doesn’t mean SQUAT out in the chat roomsIt should be a choice to buy this, not a forced option to be able to be online and chat with othersYou can see his weak attempt at covering his rear end in his response, but most members know better than to believe his liesAll what free time? The person who owns/runs the telephone chat line called LiveMatch is allowing UNDERAGE MINORS on his ADULT chat line...he even has a chat room for them, and allows adult/child interaction between them on this line, which is on the phone, but he also has a website, livematch.comThis is supposed to be an ADULT ONLY chat lineWhat he's doing is SICKThere are sick predators hiding on that line, and they can easily speak with children he allows on the line that’ve been heard in the adult chat rooms; teens and preteens as young as years oldThe adults on the line have been wondering for months why kids were coming on the line and out into the adult chat rooms; by sheer accident I found out howThis is VERY SICK and ILLEGAL and this chat line needs SHUT DOWNI have proof of this existing (kids allowed on the line)He also doesn't list an age limit, which for all other chat lines is 18, either on his website or over the phone when you call the number...makes him look like a predator pimpHe associates with that type of people (specific members) such as *** ***, a known chat line prostitute and pimp, on his line as wellFor more information, please contact meThe police or FBI also need to monitor this line to see what's going onI've already been retaliated against by the owner of this line for turning him in to the Revdex.com

Revdex.com, We are sorry that the complainant ** ( anonymous alias "[redacted]" on the chatline) has taken her squabbles with other callers to the chatline to you. Her demands are irrational and contradictory. It's a baseless malicious complaint.There is no financial remedy- she hasn't paid anything. We have done everything we can to help her- for free. In fact when the telephone company cut off her telephone service a year ago, for excessive use of her long distance plan, we setup a local phone number just for her to be able to call into LiveMatch for free. We suppose she now expects to get any demand met, no matter how absurd it is.She is making irrational demands that the chatline should provide unlimited free service to all and that one hour free chatroom time and the free daily hour 8 to 9pm are not enough. She doesn't seem to understand that the $15 unlimited membership for a week is for extra voice messaging and communications services in addition to all the free time we provide daily without any obligation. It's what pays the bills here. She is slandering us for charging a modest fee. She has controlling, entitled expectations that we should block any caller she has arguments with.We have been inundated with hundreds of messages from her. There is no way we can meet her demands to block anyone she demands to have blocked.  She should NOT pay the $15 to get a membership and get unblocked, even if our system allows that option. In one sentence she says we kick problem callers out, then that we don't. There is no way to know when someone will change their phone number, get a Google or other number from another service and get back in, thus circumventing any blocks, something she has done herself in the past. Our computer is not a psychic to guess a person's new phone number and block it.In her first complaint she is seeking to shut down the chatline and in her second follow-up she is now demanding to continue to use the chatline. She accuses other callers of being mentally ill yet she now wants to continue to talk to them. Again, our computer doesn't have an insight into the mental state of callers. She will, sooner or later, run into someone else in addition to the 3 callers she claims to have problems with.We are not psychotherapists and social workers to resolve the issues thousands of callers may have with someone else.She is complaining about changes and instructions to our program.
