I am rejecting this response because:I was quoted $to fix my Kirby initially by ***, the representativeI reject that as "We tried to fix the issues with her Kirby while staying in her budget"How is $for a Kirby repair a reason*** budget? I believe *** should be fired from this company as he is very dishonestHowever, aside from that, the repairs were then quoted at $for necessary repairsWhen I had my Kirby returned to me it was not fixed as it literally fell apartI do not consider that, fixing if for free the second timeThey didn't finish putting it together properly the first timeI just recently picked up my Kirby on 9/27/and used it or the first time 9/29/in the eveningI would like to mention that the gentleman who gave me my Kirby that time was a very nice professional man with great customer service skills! He should take ***'s job! When I used it 9/29/evening it would not stay onIt continuously was turning off and seems to not be getting power from the cordI would like to mention that I have owned my Kirby since (it has a lifetime warranty) and had it repaired other times with NO problems ever like this before from previous repair shopsSo I called the Kirby customer service line and my husband was *** o push the cord in more and it is now working properlyIf the Kirby starts to act up again I will need to take it to a different place in order to get it fixed as this company does not know how to fix Kirby'sI love my Kirby, but would not recommend this company to any person
