I spent four weeks at the HH location The advertised pricing was a bit misleading, but the stay there was as promised Very capable trainers, an immense amount of support, GREAT food, living accommodations were good, the seminars informative, and the results were more than I could have hoped for More importantly, with their constant focus on how to succeed after you leave, I have been able to maintain a training regime, and weeks later, I continue to lose pounds and inches

This is one of the worst customer service organizations I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
In Nov 2014 We had purchased a 4 week fitness program for $6,300 for my wife. However due to health reasons she was unable to attend and cancelled. We were told we could get a full refund with a doctors letter.
We provided TWO doctor letters and now 5+ months later have STILL not received a refund.
Phone calls and emails go unanswered, We have been given a world class version of the run-around....with no refund.
At first they claimed their lawyers had to review it. Then the owners had to review it. Then a refund WAS promised...but has never shown up on the credit card that was used and again....no responses.

The trainers are world class and very helpful. The food is expertly weighed and tastes delicious.Overall the programs delivers great outcomes to those who adhere to it. I cannot say enough good things about the program and the staff.
I definitely plan to return.
