Took my money, never sent fish!
This seller is a fraud! Took my money and never sent my fish! I've called, emailed, and still, nothing. Spent nearly 90 bucks in fish on 5/17/20. This seller should be shut down!

I ordered $80+ of live fish on 5/10/2020. I have received the order confirmation and they immediately removed the money from my account. I have emailed several times regarding this order and have attempted to call but have gotten no answer or reply. I have not received any kind of shipping confirmation or refund. This company takes your money and forgets you exist. I'm beginning to think they don't really have any fish, they just use this "business" as a tactic to get your money and credit card number. Please make this right and refund my money, I have already moved on to a more reputable fish merchant and have received the fish I was looking for.

**2nd UPDATE**

2 months have now passed. Still nothing from this retailer. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I will be contacting my bank today to notify them of the fraudulent charge on my account. This is just unreal, whoever runs this business is a scammer. He or she immediately took the money from my account but has made no attempt to complete the purchase or even contact me. I have left several voicemails, sent several emails, but no communication from the seller what so ever. If they had at least said something, anything at all, I would be more understanding. I get it that products can become back ordered, if the supply cannot meet the demand and the item will ship once the supply is replenished then thats fine, but communicate that. Don't just ignore the customer and hope they will go away. I have been wronged here, and I'm not going anywhere.

Almost a month has passed since the original order was placed. I have sent several emails, attempted several phone calls and left voicemails. Still no reply from this "company". I have had to replace the card used on this site because after purchasing from livekoiforsale.com my debit card was used to purchase an insane amount of merchandise online. I suspect it was someone from this site but cannot "prove" it. Stay away from this retailer, they will take your money and disappear.

Ordered 180$ in koi and haven’t got any calls back or emails back. I want my order shipped and sent or I will sue. This cite is a scam. If someone doesn’t resolve this it will be settled in court.

resolved. I received an e-mail from LiveKoiForSale.com on Monday, April 13th, stating my tadpoles had been shipped. On Wednesday, April 15, 2015, I received my order for tadpoles which I ordered on March 18th. Thank you for helping me resolve this problem

Well, I received the koi I ordered, but the Chagoi has a mouth deformity. It only opens on one side and the whisker on the unopening side is less than half the length of the correct side. I called about this ASAP after delivery. The person who answered said very rudely, they don't send deformed fish. Well, you did this time. Take some photos so we can see it. (Really?!?!) have you ever tried to take pictures of the under mouth of a moving target? I called again, same response. I sent video. The freeze frame shot before you touch play quite clearly shows the deformity. The salesman played dumb. These fish are in a large aquarium. I would NEVER suggest you buy a fish from this place for an aquarium. Their customer service stinks to high heaven. I'm angry and frustrated.

Review: I ordered 4 hi-fin banded sharks on may 6th (below) . I received a confirmation of the order but I have not received the order itself. They did charge my credit card though. And there phone is disconnected. I tried emailing them several times but have got no response.

Review: I purchased live tadpoles from www.livekoiforsale.com on March 18th, 2015. I paid $34.99 for 12 tadpoles. It is now April 8th, 2015. I have not received the tadpoles.

I contacted Live Koi For Sale by e-mail three times (which was supposed to receive a quicker response) and phone four times. The first two attempts I was able to leave a message and tagged it as urgent. The last two attempts to call them sent me directly to voice mail which stated the inbox was full and no more messages could be left.

No one has made an attempt to contact me either by e-mail or by phone.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money refunded as well as a report on the business website from the Revdex.com stating this company is unreliable.

Review: My son raises exotics and he used a gift card to purchase tad poles from livekoiforsale.com. The tad poles all died. He called them and emailed them numerous times and I called them and emailed numerous times. Their web sites says they will refund if you send them photos. Luckily, I happened to take a photo when they arrived and some were dead. He also took a photo of another that died. I sent these to them but they never replied. My son paid $25.00 for the tad poles. Review: Ordered fish 5/10/15 about $150 for next day delivery that cost $59. Never received the fish, but credit card charged 5/10/15. Tried to contact merchant via email and phone. I have received no answer to either, in addition voicemail is full, accepting no more messages. I have notified credit card to dispute payment, but I would appreciate if you would forward email to the attorney general to stop these crooks from giving the appearance that they are running a legitimate business.Desired Settlement: Cancel the order, not a company I want to do business
