On Oct **, this is the exact quote I emailed to Live Love Polish:
"Hello If you made an “error on your website” shouldn’t you honor it? Bad business You can send the other items, I’ll purchase the Picture Polish from another retailer."
It is VERY CLEAR from this email that I was VERY dissatisfied! The company chose to pretend that I was happy which clearly I was not I am not the type of person who likes to received handouts I was NOT going to make a nuisance of myself in a tactless manner They are NOT an honorable company Many companies make mistakes like these and they HONOR their mistakes without the customer having to even inquire about it! It seems they wanted me grovel! I am even more angry now with this company since they blatantly lied in their above statement by saying, "no worries that (she) received a "free item"Are they now IMPLYING that I said I received a "free item"? If I had received the "free item", I would not have gone out of my way to make a complaint with Revdex.com I will NEVER buy from this company again I was HONEST about what occurred, yet they BLATANLY LIED! And the fact that they MINIMIZED my unhappiness with the situation was UNPROFESSIONAL I have never had a company prompt me to make a complaint to Revdex.com Their customer service leaves a lot to desired

October *** we became aware of the $listing error for our Picture Polish "Starry Night" stock and immediately contacted all customers who had ordered the polish at this priceAll following correspondences took place on October *** *** repliedShe suggested that we honor our mistake by allowing her to have the $polish without chargeShe also instructed us to ship her remaining polishes and stated that she would "purchase the Picture Polish from another retailer." Given the explicitness of her response, we understood that she no longer wanted to have the polishOur fulfillment team had made the requested adjustments to her order without informing our customer service associate, KrystleShe believed that the $had been included despite *** *** wish and sent an email following shipment explaining the (already-rectified) mistake*** *** informed Krystle that only the remaining polishes had been receivedShe also expressed that there were "no worries that [she] received a 'free' item" and concluded her message by wishing Krystle a nice dayAs *** *** maintained a friendly tone and conveyed her intentions with such clarity in both her emails, we considered her order to be resolvedWe also appreciate greatly the timeliness of her responsesWe are happy to send *** *** a free bottle of "Starry Night" and to safeguard her privacy, will be emailing her the tracking informationAgain, we sincerely apologize for all frustration causedRegards, Live Love Polish

  Yes I received the Polish.  Regardless I will not be spending my money with this company.  If I hadn't made a complaint with Revdex.com they wouldn't have send the Polish. I don't support companies that have INFERIOR customer service.

We appreciate [redacted]'s taking the time to respond and are sorry to read of her continued disappointment in our efforts to resolve her order. As per [redacted]'s request in her initial Revdex.com message, we processed and shipped a free replacement order for Picture Polish "Starry Night" on November [redacted]. The polish, shipped via First Class Mail and under tracking number ending in 6749, was successfully delivered to [redacted]'s address on November [redacted]. We believe a misunderstanding ensued regarding our direct quoting of [redacted]'s statements and are providing the entire 4-email-long chain below for further clarification. Customer Care @ Live Love Polish [redacted] Our customer service agent, Krystle, believed that the $0 polish had been shipped with the rest of [redacted] order. Krystle was unaware that our fulfillment team had already made note of [redacted]'s desire to "purchase the Picture Polish from another retailer" and had therefore left out the polish. Following receipt of her order, [redacted] confirmed the polish's omission by stating that there were "no worries that [she] received a 'free' item." We firmly acknowledge that the $0 polish listing had been generated in error and alerted all affected customers on our own initiative. As we hold our customers' satisfaction and trust in high esteem and ourselves to equally high standards, we would never deceive a customer into making purchases that we have no intention of honoring. Given the explicitness of her response, we understood that she no longer wanted to have the polish. Our fulfillment team had made the requested adjustments to her order without informing our customer service associate, Krystle. She believed that the $0 had been included despite [redacted] wish and sent an email following shipment explaining the (already-rectified) mistake.
