I have already filed a complaint against VIP Nation a subsidiary of Live NationThe problem with this company is that they hire substandard staff to run their VIP servicesI paid for a meet and greet with Black Sabbath and did not receive my picturesI was under the impression that the whole point was to get a pic with the bandWhen I complained they responded and asked for more infoAfter submitting the requested info twice I got no responseThe "Photographer" and woman in charge of the meet and greet (Natasha) called some of the attendees back to reshootMy wife was not called back so we assumed our pictures were captured properlyWe don't actually know if they were, because VIP/Live nation stopped respondingOther aspects of this package were woefully wantingThe Reception consisted of a couple of brands of beer, some awful wine and some potato chips with a couple of giant bowls of community dip (unsanitary, unappealing, and basically disgusting)Obviously this did not warrant the price
The whole thing was chaotic and confusing, we spent a lot of time just standing aroundThe meet and greet itself was more like the Santa scene from Christmas storyOnly in this case when you greet the band and thank them they don't bother to respondFive seconds later you are ushered out of the room to hope you get your picsNatasha Sucked! The Reception sucked! $worth of nothing! I guess at this company VIP stands for Very Ignorant Patsies! Its sad how a once in a lifetime opportunity can be so carelessly handled! I imagine this company, to be run by a bunch of overgrown spoiled children, who never had to be disappointed

I tried getting tickets to Luke Bryan in [redacted] but it had sold out in 5 mins. I was then directec to buy tickets through their own secondary market for triple the price.

My family and I went to the Jimmy Buffet concert in Camden, NJ on August [redacted], 2016. The concert was way oversold. It was expected that the lawn would be crowded however it was beyond crowed and impossible to get to the lawn. To say standing room only would be a serious understatement. It is clear that live nation only cares about profit and not providing an enjoyable experience. Additionally, the tickets we ordered were misprints and several did not have barcodes. Upon seeing this, the livenation event staff (black shirts) was very unhelpful and rude in helping to resolve the problem. There is never a reason for the event staff to grab people and curse at them. They knew they were in the wrong because they quickly disappeared to another part of the venue when we made an issue of it. Most unprofessional event staff I have ever interacted with. The staff was trying to provoke an argument or altercation instead of maturely resolving the issue like adults. Very disappointed in this concert overall and will never go to an event sponsored by live nation again.

Review: I went to the the live nations event grits and biscuits on [redacted] nov.**. There was a riot outside. Took a hour to get in. They shut down down the event. They said they would give refunds out. I called in for my refund they said I have too many tickets. The lady stated said yes to giving me a refund however she said that there was a limit on purchasing tickets and said no. I bought tickets for friends and co workers looking to go.Desired Settlement: I need my refund on my tickets that were not scanned in.

Review: I sold my tickets for the Luke Bryan concert at Walnut Creek in Raleigh, NC back in September. It is now November and I still have yet to get paid for the tickets I sold. Over the course of the last of 8 weeks I have had at least 7 different conversations with there customer service department many of which lasting over an hour. They claim the problem is on my end with sending the money electronically and I have tried a debit card, a credit card, and a routing number and bank account number and still have not gotten paid. On all of these conversations I have requested a paper check to solve the problem and they refuse saying just give it more time. I have heard this for over 2 months and still no resolution. They charged a $40 "convenience fee" to sell these tickets and it has been far from convenient. I have spent 5 plus hours on the phone with them and they still have not paid me. I kept telling them to mail me a paper check to solve the problem but they keep refusing claiming they can't when in fact they just wont. I have verified my checking account with there 2 small deposits which means that they are able to wire the full amount but they still have yet to and that was almost 2 weeks ago.Desired Settlement: I want to be paid my $130 for the tickets sold plus refunded the $40 "convenience fee" for the hasel they have caused me.

Review: On April *, 2013, I brought two tickets to a Jesse & Joy concert on June *, 2013 at Gramercy at 7 p.m. in Ny, ny. The total was 89 dollars. On June *, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. I had a family emergency which did not allow me to go to the concert. At 7:30 p.m. I tried calling live nation and no one picked up the phone. I called Gramercy Theatre and no one picked up the phone either. I called them one more time at 8 p.m. On June *, 2013 I called and spoke to a live nation representative and explained my situation. She proceeded to be unsympathetic to my emergency and exclaimed why I did not call earlier in the day. I explained to her that that was not the point, I had an emergency that I did not have control over. There was no way I would have known. I asked for a refund since I could not attend the event, and the live nation representative said she could not give me a refund. I asked for store credit and she also said she could not do anything at all for me.

Today I write this because I had a fellow colleague who said they were able to resolve and issue with live nation, and to give it a try again. I called live nation today, December **. I called their customer service number and was rerouted to sales. A young gentleman answered and after I explained my situation he claimed that customer service was "too busy and had 155 calls. You may be redirected to sales again." I waited, and spoke to another person from customer service. I explained my situation and he explained that he could not do anything.

I have the email with the order number, with the date of purchase, time, artist, location, number of tickets, where I was supposed to have sat, and total. Why is no one willing to help me out when I have the information on file in my email? This is still a confirmation, and a valid document.Desired Settlement: It seems no one from Live Nation would like to help me, regardless that I was a loyal customer to them. I have all the necessary information and have no issue forwarding the email with the information of purchase of tickets. All I would like is for someone to help me out by receiving a refund of the 89 dollars which is not a lot. Live Nation gets a lot of money from ticket purchases, thus I do not see as to why a refund cannot be issues.

,

I lost the ability to go to this amazing concert because I had to be THERE for my family during a hard time. I would hope Live Nation would be sympathetic to this situation, as family emergencies are out of anyone's control.

Review: Did not receive confirmation, notice or free concert tickets per Claim Form Receipt Number [redacted] on

Review: I just want customers to be aware of a possible scam. When you purchase tickets, there is a button to add ticket insurance. It no way states the cost or that it involves a third party. Yes, I know I should be aware that insurance carries a cost and I willingly clicked the button and was charged an extra 13 dollars. What worries me is that they could have charged me anything and one click of a button would allow them to do it. I think the button should state the cost and what you are getting and show the cost on what you are purchasing before you click confirm purshace. If I had seen it was going to add 13 dollars to my total I may have clicked no, but as it is a third party they don't have to show this addition. It's a scam.Desired Settlement: I would like these charges to be clearly stated on the Web site to prevent other people from feeling scammed.

Review: I purchased two gold-level tickets to the "Philadelphia Megaticket" in February. When purchasing, I was able to select the actual seat locations for the shows held at [redacted] in [redacted] (we picked Section 100, row D, which is four rows from the stage). The Megaticket also included two additional shows that were held at stadiums in Philadelphia. Those seat locations could not be selected at the time, but the Megaticket website clearly stated that we would receive "similar premium seats" those shows.

In the next few months I had contacted LiveNation/[redacted]'s customer service several times asking if my seat locations to those two shows had been determined. Each time, I was told there was a "delay" and they hadn't been determined yet. In the meantime, single-show tickets to those shows went on sale to the general public.

When we finally received our tickets in May, I was very disappointed and confused to see the location of our tickets for the Jason Aldean concert at [redacted] and Luke Bryan concert at [redacted]. The seats are in sections 109 (row 20) and 103 (row 5), respectively, which are nice seats, but not nearly the quality we expected when we purchased the gold-level package.

As our seats to the [redacted] venue are essentially floor seats, we believed that a "similar premium seat" at the two other venues would be in one of the 10+ floor sections at those stadiums. Adding to our confusion was that the floor seats at those two venues went on sale to the general public well after the Megatickets went on sale. In our mind, having a venue sell better single-show tickets than were available to Megaticket holders' defeats one of the main benefits of buying a Megaticket. Megaticket holders shouldn't have less access to the best seats than the single-show buyers.

After expressing my concerns to [redacted], [redacted] and the radio station that sponsors the event, I was eventually told to speak with the Executive [redacted] at [redacted] in [redacted]. After sending him two letters than went without a response, I called his office and eventually received a reply to my letter. The [redacted], [redacted], stated that he felt the Philadelphia tickets were "premium seats" because they were in the same price-level as the floor seats. I pointed out that I see a difference in the wording "premium seats" and "similar premium seats". Hypothetically, if the entire stadium was at the same price level, you couldn't say that seats in the third-level are "similar premium seats" to floor seats. The only thing similar to a floor seat is a floor seat. [redacted] did offer us food/drink vouchers to make it up to us, but I decided. Free drinks and food doesn't solve my complaint.Desired Settlement: The main reason we purchased the Megaticket was to guarantee great seats to the two Philadelphia shows, which were touted as the biggest acts in the Mega package. To show the appeal of these two shows, they had to held at much larger venues. In addition, in no prior year were shows outside the [redacted] venue included in the Megaticket. I would ask that our seats to the two Philadelphia shows are upgraded to a much better location, or we get refunded for the remaining four shows in the package. We would have never purchased the Megaticket had we known the locations of our seats at those two venues.
