I attended the Josh Groban concert at Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio on 8-10- While the concert was great, the rest of the experience was HORRIBLE due to Live Nation policies, staff and management of the event First, my husband had payed extra for prefered parking because I am disabled Despite this we were directed to one of the farthest lots that was definitely not "prefered" the lot attendant was a high school girl who had no understanding of the situation and kept diecting to the far lot once we got into the pre-venue area were subjected to a security search including being "patted down" by another young girl I was mortified Come on, this was Josh Groban and this was an older crowd The staff was extremely rude After the concert, we did not want to walk on the sopping wet grass, and so we tried to leave by the concrete area behind the seats We were blocked by three more high school girls ( one rather large one) and told we could not go that way (for no specified reason) She almost got into a physical alteration with me This was my birthday present but it was entirely ruined by Live Nation and it's ridiculous policies and extremely rude staff I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER attend a Lived Nation sponsored event again!!!

When purchasing tickets on livenation, there is a timer and numerous pop ups stating that if you do not hurry up and purchase, your tickets will be lost. I was worried about my concert tickets selling out, so I hurried up and paid. There was a $27 dollar service charge on my bill, which I assumed was towards taxes and the company itself, but I just discovered, after receiving 2 magazines and doing some research, that it was a subscription to rolling stone magazine. I tried to find more information about it, but did not know where to look (turns out they let you know about the $13 subscription under the privacy information category on livenations website). Because I was not consciously informed about this, I looked to see how to fix things- you can contact rolling stone to end the subscription with no refund, keep receiving the magazine and be automatically charged for a renewal without your permission, or allow 30 days for a mail- in rebate,if you find out about the hidden subscription fee in an adequate amount of time to qualify for the rebate. Those are your options. To receive the rebate, you have to fill out and print paperwork for rolling stone to end your subscription, in addition to printing and sending in your original ticket confirmation from livenation. I went to my livenation ticket order history to see if printing a confirmation is still possible, or to at least try to get the rebate with a printed receipt, but when I click "order details" it tells me it cannot process my request, and no one from livenation is contacting me or returning my calls. I feel violated and angry that they are allowed to be so sneaky, and I feel sorry for everyone else that this is happening to.

I placed an order (2 t shirts concert) on 8/31/2016, received email on 9/16/2016 stating order was shipped. I received 1 t shirt on 10/05/2016.
Worse customer service ever.
Stay away.
