Live Oak Apartments

Review: I was a tenant for over 2 years @ Live Oak Apartments. I had a $300 deposit and they are only giving me a credit for $168. Reasons that they listed are 2 hours of cleaning and carpet disinfectant. In my lease it states that if you are a resident for over 2 years the carpet cleaning and the painting would be a no charge. Also as far as the cleaning is concerned, the cleaning crew stated it took 8 hours to clean, the person who did the walk through said it would take 3 hours and because I complained they lowered it to two hours. I have pictures of how I left the apartment and it was spotless. They have no pictures. Also I requested a walk through on the day I turned in my keys and I was denied a walk through and was told that I should have called them which I did and they had already completed the walk through.Desired Settlement: I would like my entire deposit minus the fee's for my water, sewer and garbage refunded or at least given credit to the $500 fee for breaking my lease.
