Piece of Sjgjg!!
Have been dealing with this place for 2+ years now. Finally came today to put in a new bathroom storage cabinet, to which he didn't secure it because of other work that needed to be done (sink cabinet and the molded walls from the water damage need to be replaced. Sabrina called to let us know that they were done with all their work and that these other things were not on the original list. Tell me then why then would they replace the storage cabinet when it was reported at the same time!? Our original list was made before we even moved into the house. Makes no sense. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! NO STARS DESERVED BUT MADE ME GIVE ONE.

Live oak very poor quality
I purchased home in 2022 January from TD Pagent homes and this mobile home has the cheapest materials known to man, and it takes forever to fix anything. Don’t buy a Live Oak, there’s no real wood anywhere

Substandard housing
We bought a "brand new" home. Like everything else these days, substandard from the flooring to the lighting to the appliances. We have spent more money fixing things in the last 2 years in our "New" house than we have in 10 years in 2 different, existing houses in different areas. One of which was over 100 years old. Go elsewhere.

This home is made out of cardboard. I have had it for 6 years and really didn't have a problem until last year. First some water got spilled on the floor and ran to the cabinet base. The cabinet base started peeling and that is when I found out that it was cardboard. The cabinet doors in the kitchen are covered in fake wood paper that is starting to peel off. A window sill got wet and it is also made of cardboard. Most people that buy a home don't think to check out what the base boards and under surfaces are made of. Alot of the caulking is coming off. The walls around the bathtubs are warping because they are made of cardboard. I would not recommend this home to anyone. The only thing good about this home is that I do have good power bills. I needed a large home when I bought it because my brother was having to move in with me so I might have rushed into this home and it has to last me and my brother for the rest of our life's. But I will have to save and make repairs on a home that is starting to fall apart after only 6 years.
