She called us on our toll free helpline and asked for help, our technicians diagnosed adware... infections, huge pile of temporary internet junk files acquiring a lot of disc space and slowing the performance of the computer. As being a third party software support providers, customer was made aware of the charges of $199.99 and she subscribed with us for five years of unlimited support for any software related issue. Once she agreed, a senior level technician was assigned to her computer to get the issue resolved. Customer also filled a subscription form however no transaction was made from her credit card as our company has a protocol that first the primary issue has to be resolved and then the customer has to provide a verbal confirmation and then only the payment is charged. Once the senior technician resolved the primary issue, customer provided a verbal authorization to charge the payment of $199.99 and on July/30/2015 attempts were made to charge the card however transaction was denied by her credit card company as the card was blocked. We tried contacting the customer however we were unable to get any answer from her. We tried contacting the customer for next few days to get a feedback however there was no response from the customer's end, we closed the case and her credentials were deleted from our finance team's account. Hi,
This mail is in response to the chain mail that we received from Revdex.com in regards to one of the customers ([redacted]) against a charge back of $399.99.
It has come to our notice that the aforesaid customer contacted our center's...

help-desk (Live PC Geeks) for some unwanted adware on the PC. The charges were explained to the customer for which she agreed to pay and the same was charged on our e-commerce site. Post which the technician worked on her computer and spent good 60-90 minutes to fix the issues in her computer.
[redacted] was contacted after the work was completed on her system, and the case was closed. The customer then called us stating to get the money back, after speaking to the concerned team she agreed to pay the One-Time Fix of $ 199.99 (as it included the charges of the technician. It was informed to the customer that the refund process would take 3-4 working days.
Later, it came to our notice that the customer has filed a complete charge back from the bank for the amount of $399.99. Now, [redacted] owe $199.99 for the services that she used from us. When she was contacted for the same dispute, our executives were being abused by her over the phone.
For your reference, we have attached the file, that would prove the case true.
Please proceed accordingly.
Regards,
Team - Live PC Geeks.
