I spoke with Mr [redacted] on Friday and we sent out our technician to resolve any concern that he had regarding the cameras and we got them taken care for himThe issue was with [redacted] and that the cameras we're not connecting to his phoneAfter our technician stop by everything is fine nowI spoke with Mr [redacted] on Friday and he said he was going to contact the Revdex.com to make sure that the complaint was taken off and that he was satisfied with our servicePlease feel free to call me with any questions at [redacted] *** Geyron Z [redacted] thank you
