Review: I ordered a refrigerated beverage cooler from Cooler-Store on 7/18/13 for $496.48 and prepaid with a Visa Card. The card was charged 7/18/13 by Live Stores, I still haven't received the cooler and I get a recording when trying the contact phone number. I have left messages with a call back number but no response.Desired Settlement: I want the product or the money refunded.

Review: Ordered a medical refrigerator on Jun 20, 2013 on line. As of today, Aug 20, 2013, we have not received the refrigerator. We have placed numerous calls and emails with no response to any of them.Desired Settlement: We would like to have an update on this order.

Review: I ordered a cooler from this company on May 30, 2013. As of this date I have not received a cooler, nor has a cooler been shipped I was told on July 12, 2013. I asked for a refund and that has not been processed. I cannot get ahold of anyone from this company most times I try. I have left voice messages and e-mail messages. I just want my money back at this point.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded to my Paypal account or a check in the mail.

Review: To Whom it May Concern at the Buffalo NY Revdex.com: I don't believe this company, LiveStores Inc located in Vista, California is registered with the Revdex.com and if they are, they shouldn't be! I ordered (1) water cooler for our Nursing Home, [redacted] in Kenmore NY. We paid in advance because LiveStores doesn't grant Net30 billing for one-time type orders. I've prepaid for other water coolers about 2-3 yrs ago and didn't have any issues. However, this order is the nightmare order of all nightmares. Our check # [redacted], dated 4/26/13, amount $505.75 cleared 5/1/2013 yet we've not received the water cooler. Since May I've been calling and emailing Mr [redacted] to get shipping status of my order. He responded after a several days, apparently he's the inside sales and customer service because I also left voice messages for customer service with no response. [redacted] finally told me that the water was on backorder. My next email followup a couple weeks later, [redacted] told me the water cooler was shipping UPS ground, June 10th, 2013.as of today I'm out $505.75, no cooler and no one is responding -- At this point, I honestly don't know what else to do -- so I'm starting with the Revdex.com and will contact our legal dept.for directionDesired Settlement: A full refund $505.75 payable to[redacted] and mailed to corporate finance offices at:[redacted] Buffalo, NY 14201

Review: I ordered product on 4/2/13 and $290.51 was billed to my credit card on 4/3/13. The product was never delivered. I have phoned and e-mailed the company several times and they will not send my order or refund my money. I received an e-mail on 7/15/13 promising me a refund. No refund ensued and further phone calls produced no results. Please see a copy of the e-mail below:

I am glad we were able to speak today regarding your refund.

We appreciate your cooperation during this transitional turn around period we find ourselves in with the new ownership and management. Although these orders were placed prior to our coming aboard we will still honor the debt owed you and as discussed in our phone conversation, Live Stores, Inc. will be providing a refund of $290.51 within the next 3 weeks.

Review: I ordered a product several months ago and pre-paid for the item. Total cost was $3474. I have not received the item and the company has not responded to repeated attempts to reach them to determine order status or cancel the order and obtain a full refund. They do not answer the phone, they do not respond to email or voicemails. I have attempted to contact them every day for the past 7 business days with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund on my order immediately.

Review: I placed an order for a cooler (Confirmation number [redacted]) on July 13, 2013. My credit card was charged on July 18th for $221.95. On August 2nd, I emailed the vendor to inquire about the status of my order. On August 5th, I received a reply stating that the cooler was backordered for 2 to 3 weeks. I was given the choice of waiting for the backorder, substitute another item, or cancel the order for a full refund. On August 5th, I replied to the email stating that I want to cancel the order for a full refund. It is now September 24th, and I am still waiting for the vendor to credit my credit card account.Desired Settlement: Refund-credit my credit card account

Review: On june 6 2013 I placed an order with heater-store (order#[redacted]) for a total of $182.80. Several months went by, and I never recieved the product or any correspondents from heater-store. I finally checked into what happened. I contacted heater-store by email and phone, they told me ownership had changed and I would have to contact the old owner. I did so by email and phone more than 5-6 times. I have not ever been contacted by the old owner or the new owner about resolving the money refund. I call and call and nothing. Just getting the run around. I feel that I ordered the product thur heater-store website, and if product was never sent I should be refunded no matter who the owner is. Can you help me? Thanks.Desired Settlement: To refund my credit card or send me a check in the amount of 182.80 for order#[redacted] that was never fulfilled.

Review: On May 27, 2013 I placed an order for a purchase and paid for the items via credit card for $297.12. On 06/18/2013 I received an email saying that the products I had purchased were discontinued and if I wanted to cancel the order they would give back a full refund. I called and spoke to the customer service about sending me a refund for the purchase. On 07/15/2013 I had still not received my refund so I called back again and spoke to the General Manager, [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] advised that he was issuing the refund and I should receive it within three weeks. As of 08/19/2013 I still have not received a refund and I can not get anyone at the company to answer the phone, call me back or answer an email.Desired Settlement: I simply would just like to have my money back. Nothing more, nothing less. It should not take the company three months to refund customers on items they have listed available on their website and later say are discontinued.

Review: I placed an order on June 16 Today, July 28,the order still shows it is pending shipment. I have tried numerous times to contact the company, both by phone and e-mail, and have not received a response. I called to cancel my order and left a message as "no one is available to answer your call" and I wrote, via e-mail, to confirm I was canceling the order.I spoke with my credit card company the same day and the item had not been billed. When I checked today, Live Stores billed my account, dating it the day before I cancelled. I have not received the freezer, will not accept it if they try to ship it, and as of today, initiated a claim with American Express.I have still not heard a word from this company, except their charging my credit card and the order still shows pending.Desired Settlement: refund credit card and remove order from system

Review: I purchased an item from [redacted] (Live Stores.com) in March 2013 and had not recieved the item. Called in June 2013 to cancel order and was told I would get a refund (have email of the cancellation). States you will get a refund in 72 hours. Nor refund. Recived a second email about the order being cancelled in July 2013. Still no refund. Have tried numerous time to contact via phone and emaill. No response to emails, phone only goes to voice mail. Oredr number is [redacted] for a cost of $369.97 This was paid through PayPal but becasue they stalled for more than 45 days I cannot pursue through PayPal.Desired Settlement: Full refund of the order.
