Livestream's terms of service (***) indicate that all Livestream accounts automatically renewThis is also confirmed once the customer has accepted our terms upon the initial subscription purchase, and is also on the receipt that is emailed to the owner of the
account.Our Account Management team sent a formal introductory message on February *** 2016, reminding the customer that the renewal date was approaching on March *** Given the customers situation, we offered a full month's credit of $as a one time courtesy to be used toward their next purchase or upgrade. Unfortunately, we did not hear back from the customer after that interaction, but did notice that the account has been closedOur offer of a credit still stands, and we're happy to help the customer close their plan if/when they start a new subscription

Review: Purchased a $500 piece of equipment called a "Broadcaster" that connects to a video camera, to stream an event live on the internet. When I hooked it up it had a constant caution light and would not work. Tried to call for support but was informed there is no support unless I bought a premium membership too. Returned it and was told they couldn't reproduce the error, and because the box was opened, refunded me $100 less.The device didn't work, I tried to get help, and was refused. They only provide phone support to a customer who purchases a Premium Livestream membership. Of course I wasn't told that during the original purchase. Had I known I would not get support on this product, I never would have purchased it.When I applied for an RMA the following week (which is well within the 30 days) I was told because the box was opened and because they couldn't reproduce the error, they would be charging me a 20% restocking fee, and not refunding the shipping charge.Not sure how I'm supposed to open a high tech product, and try to use it only to find out its defective without opening the box. I don't know any other tech manufacturer that doesn't offer immediate tech support to help set it up and resolve problems after purchase.Desired Settlement: I just want the 20% restocking fee of $100. I understand they can't refund shipping.
