Live Transfers, Inc. Reviews (15)

Spent $1000 for health insurance leads. I was told that the ratios for leads was 1 out of 5 will come through. That I would get I about 250 leads for that amount. They power dial data lists. They say that these are people that have requested information about health insurance.

I have been in the business for over 15 years. I understand lead companies and how leads work. I would be happy with just a few sales to make my money back and maybe just a little profit. But almost all of the leads that do come through to my phone when I turn them on are people who want to cuss at me, and people who hang up. ( you get charged for leads with these people no matter what they say).

Then there are people who want to be taken off the list, people who can't afford insurance. So far I've stopped my leads and have about $300 left. I have called the company for a full refund but nobody is responding. I should have listened to the reviews that I saw. They just take your money and don't care. I pray for their souls. I will keep posting complaints all over the internet and insurance forums to let people know about them. God Bless.

Supposedly receiving "leads" for health insurance market It's just old data they've purchased from somewhere else that's auto dialing, not actually people who have looked into insurance within the last few years The result with this company is exactly the same as you would have dialing random numbers from a phone book

This complaint somehow slipped through the cracks. We try to do our best to respond to all complaints in a timely manner. We reached out to this prospect after their initial complaint via the telephone and our rep again explained how the service works and that all calls are not going to be perfect...

prospects and that you need to take the good calls with the bad. What the customer is claiming is 100% false as far as our rep misleading or misrepresenting our product/service. Our sales reps follow a structured presentation which is the same for all. This client could not be reached via phone and we tried several times to contact them directly after initially speaking with them. When we emailed [redacted] his email address was bouncing back to us as an invalid email address[redacted] which we thought was unusual. Due to the circumstances with this specific order and the fact that we did not respond in a timely manner we are willing to refund this client his balance of $580. If the client is satisfied with this we will submit the refund right away.     Danielle M[redacted]  Account Executive [redacted]

Love this lead system. I wish I knew about this last year! We specialize in Medicare supplement insurance and are killing it. With the commissions being cut this is the only thing working for us right now. Absolutely 100% recommend [redacted]

We are sorry to hear that this particular client was not satisfied with our system. Only about half of the test campaign has been completed, which is not a viable sample size to judge the service. the customer's job to screen through and qualify those calls to convert a percentage of those responses into sales. We do not pre-screen the calls coming through on this system, and for this reason our leads are priced low to account for uninterested prospects. Not everyone who receives a piece of mail, an email, a phone call, etc., will be an interested party, but most of our clients enjoy a solid ROI by focusing their energy on their interested prospects. What clients in this industry could expect is for about 10-20% of the press 1 callers to be “hot or warm” leads (over 2 minutes in duration), with about 10-20% of that number converting into sales. This client’s campaign had an 18% response so far, which is on the upper end of our normal range for this business type. This means that 18% of the calls so far were long duration calls consisting of “hot or warm” leads. There are no guarantees with Live Transfers, similarly with other forms of marketing, such as direct mail, radio, TV, print, etc. We have an "All Sales are Final" policy for the same reason many other advertising services do. In advertising, results will always vary from campaign to campaign. In addition, our costs are incurred upfront the same way it is with TV, radio, print, etc. Our "All Sales are Final" policy that all our customers sign before submitting payment clearly states that "we do not guarantee any specific results or closing rates with this advertising; results will vary from campaign to campaign." Like many other forms of marketing, voice broadcasting is a numbers game, and it is not the right fit for everyone. Among our clients, there is a wide variety of industries and sales experience, and these variables factor into the success of a campaign. Even though we have thousands of happy customers that order with us consistently, a campaign may underperform at times. This is part of the nature of advertising. Again, this particular customer only went through about 50% of his campaign and is judging the service based on a small sample. That being said, the results so far in this case – 18% being “hot or warm” leads between 2 and 10 minutes – are on the upper end of our normal range of what to expect for the service. We recommend that all customers put the statistics on their side to be successful by completing their campaign in full. We wish the best for all our customers because if our clients succeed, we succeed by maintaining business relationships on a long-term basis.

This company lies to steal your money. They tell you what you want to hear to take your hard earned money and not deliver marketing services as agreed.
I paid livetransfers.com $1000.00 for live transfer leads. Craig the sales rep said I would get between 500-800 calls and 20% will be converted deals. This is not the case. I RECEIVED ZERO DEALS. I called The customer service after to discuss the issue, they did not help me at all.

They made the marketing sound good initially but the reality is the marketing simply does not produce leads like livetransfers.com claims.

Dear [redacted],
We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your campaign results thus far. Similar to TV advertising, radio, print, direct mail, and [redacted], Live Transfer...

advertising cannot guarantee results or closing rates, as stated in our initial agreement.
With [redacted], for example, you pay for "clicks" which may or may not result in a sales lead. With Live Transfer Leads, it is the same premise as [redacted] "clicks," but with phone calls. With [redacted], it may take 10-50 clicks to yield a solid sales lead and it may take the same amount of calls with Live Transfers. However, all of the clicks and all of the calls are billable, and that is how the service works. We build our low pricing around this idea, knowing that it will take a certain amount of dialing to generate solid leads.
When you are a business owner and you invest in a marketing program with any of the above media types, there is always a level of risk with your investment, which all business owners must take and that is part of marketing and advertising. Our salespeople are professionally trained and read from a script that explains that clients must weed through the uninterested and unqualified prospects to get to the genuinely interested prospects. Again, this type of occurrence is built into our low pricing model. When a customer receives all of the calls from a Live Transfer campaign, our goal and hope is that they convert enough sales to yield a solid return on investment. We have thousands of satisfied customers. Unfortunately, this particular service may not yield the same results for every customer, as every campaign is different. So, like all forms of media we cannot guarantee results and success rates.
In the letter from Revdex.com, there was an attachment from a Customer Service Representative at our company named [redacted]. After reading his response, we feel he responded accurately and professionally, and we stand by our policy that we do not offer refunds, as clearly stated on our contract before payment was submitted. If you should decide to stop using the service halfway through your order, that is your choice. However, our recommendation is for you to complete your order. This way, you may close some sales and net a solid ROI by the end of your campaign. If you quit halfway through, you may very well be giving up opportunities to make sales.
In summation, at [redacted], our goal is to make our customers' phones ring so they can close sales and grow their businesses. We want every customer to get a return on investment, have a successful campaign, and continue to work with us in the long term. Every marketing campaign and every client is different, and some campaigns will perform better than others, just like any form of marketing or advertising. All sales are final, as stated in our initial agreement, and you agreed to these terms when you submitted payment on the said invoice, where we reiterate that we cannot guarantee results or response rates, and for this reason no refund will be issued. Again, we recommend that you complete your campaign, and let us know if you should need any assistance doing so.
Thank you,
[redacted]

I have been consistently building my book of business since working with LiveTransfers.com. I have tried every type of marketing program that most insurance agents use and Live Transfers produced the lowest acquisition cost of everything else I tried. We had tremendous success during the open enrollment period. If you are selling health insurance this company can help you build your business fast! I definitely recommend this company!

Review: Live Transfers offers a service, which is called voice broadcasting, that will transfer calls to you at your specified phone number. I pre-paid for a set number of calls that will be transferred to me as business owners respond to a recorded message. The dialing is being performed through a software, not live representatives. What they don't tell you is what a waste of time and money this is. Their service dials the businesses over and over and finally after the owner being harassed with these calls over and over again, the call gets transferred to you. Not because they are interested in your product or service, but because these repeated calls are being very disruptive to their businesses and you get charged for this. When I complained to Live Transfers that that their service wasn't working for me and that it was only interrupting the businesses, I asked for a refund of my balance of my account. They declined because the terms of their contract says "no refund". Obviously, they will have this type of contract because if others like myself ask for refunds they wouldn't be in business too long. I just wanted to make sales agents/brokers aware of this and to stay away from a no-win situation.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a check for at least the balance of my account.

Thank you,

I work in the merchant cash advance and business loan industry and I am having great results with Livetransfers.com. Before working with these guys I was buying leads from Salesgenie and cold calling. Brutal! With live transfers you dont need to buy any data it's included and you don't make any cold calls. These guys send you calls and you pickup and weed through them filtering out the bad calls to get to the good. I'm doing more biz in a week than what I did with salesgenie in a month. Much better taking inbound calls then making outbound calls any day of the week. Not big on reviews but these guys did the right thing.

Review: THIS COMPAMY INSTIGATED ME TO SIGN UP FOR THEIR LEAD SERVICES. I WAS TOLD ALL CALLS HAVE BEEN PRE- SCREENED FOR DO NOT CALL LIST. EVERYONE WHO HAS CALLED MY AGENCY HAS COMPLAINED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE CALLING LIST AND TOLD US THA THEY ARE ON DNC LIST. THEU HAVE MY AGENCY CONTAT NUMBERS AND I AM AFRAID THAT THEY ARE PLAYING AROUND WITHTHE NATIONAL DNC LIST ABD GOING AROUND CALLING PEOPLE ON THEIR OFFICE NUMBERS SINCE THEY CANT REACH THEM ON THEIR HOME NUMBERS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THESE POEPLE ARE ON DNC LIST. I DO NOT WANT MY AGENCY REPUTATION TO BE EFFECTED BY THIS BOGUS COMPANY WHO IS RUNNING THIS BUSINESS UNETHICALLY. SCAMMING INSURANCE AGENTS TO PAY $ 750 AND SEND BOGUS PHONE CALLS WHERE WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE COMPLAINS FROM THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN CALLED BY THESE AUTOMATED DIALERS. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN SO THEY CAN NO LONGER SCAM AS THERE IS NO REFUND POLICY IN PLACE!Desired Settlement: Refund- I WILL BE PRESS CHARGING AGAINST THIS CONPANY FROM DOING FRAUDULANT BUSINESS AND SCAMMING MONEY FROM COMPANIES WHO SIGN UP WITH THEM. IHAVE ALSO REPORTED THIS TO THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES TO FURTHER TAKE ACTION SO THIS COMANY CANT DO BUSINESS.

Working with Live Transfers has by far been the worst experience you could possibly have. We decided to try out there service for $750 to help generate us leads. We were told by the sales person " Craig" that we would receive at least 180 calls with the 30,000 minutes we purchased. We specifically asked " is there a chance that we only get 30 transfers from this" and he said " absolutely not" making it seem like it was a dumb question. The 1st day we were charged $105 and we only received 4 calls! I sent them an email stating I want to be issued a refund for the balance we have remaining on the account. I then get a call from someone named "Anthony" saying that there software was having issues and that we would be issued a refund for that day. I kept telling Anthony that it would be best if we just received a refund because its not working out. He said "not a problem but I think you should give it a chance on Monday and if it still doesn't work out then we will give you a full refund for the remaining balance." So I ended up giving them another chance. Monday came and all the calls we received were **. I called Live Transfers and they told me that they will not be giving me a refund and that they don't have any guarantees for there service. If they don't have any guarantees then WHY IS THERE SALES PERSON GIVING FALSE GUARANTEES? And on top of that "Anthony" told us that we would be able to get a refund if we don't like it after we try it out. Now we have about $650 left on there account and they won't issue us a refund. Don't fall for anything they have to say. If its too good to be true, it mostly likely is. This company is a total scam.
