I was contacted by a person named David with LiveWell after clicking on a link to get information about reverse mortgages After my discussion with him, and some additional online research, I determined that a reverse mortgage was not appropriate for meWhen David next called I told him this and asked him not to call again He has disrespected this request by continually calling, on the average of once every two weeks for the past six months Because of this disrespect, I would not do business with this company even if I were in the market for this product

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. If the company does not perform as promised I can get back to you at: [redacted].

We were in the process of getting the reverse mortgage for Live Well, however we canceled due to having an advisor steer us in a different direction where we retain the title to our home and still fit in a nice percentage for a bank loan. NOT keeping the title to our home was uncomfortable idea so luckily we continue searching for a different way. I must say the individual that we were dealing with (EricF) was totally awesome and so very helpful. We feel the "main" issue was giving up the ownership to our home and not allowing our daughters to be on the title as well. Their overall rating is poor and with some claims filed with the Revdex.com so IF I were going to consider the reverse mortgage I must admit reading the reviews I would have gone with another company anyway. As always buyer beware.

Review: I signed an agreement with this company following several strokes. I was in an incoherent state when I signed up for their reverse mortgage. I have attempted contacting a [redacted] at [redacted] extension [redacted]. He promised that he would send me a copy of the agreement that I signed so that my family could look at re-financing the loan. He has not sent me anything. My son has called repeatedly and left many messages but he has yet to return the calls. I believe that this company took advantage of my fragile mental state and that they are attempting to further take advantage of me by not sending me a copy of the loan agreement.Product_Or_Service: Reverse mortgageAccount_Number: [redacted]Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)

DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)I require a copy of the original loan agreement. I want it mailed immediately to [redacted] or faxed to [redacted] or emailed to my son at [redacted]. I am also filing a complaint with the AG in the state that this poor excuse for a company is located in.

Review: This company has harassed me with almost daily calls to my cell phone (listed as daytime phone with contact info). I have NEVER been to their web site or made any type of inquiry with them. I am on the Do Not Call list so this is a violation. They have called 46 times since August 7, 2015. They very rarely leave a message, but do hang on long enough to leave a blank voicemail that then costs me money to delete since I have limited minutes on my plan.Desired Settlement: Violations of the DNC list are supposed to be fined at $500 each. 46 calls equals $23,000, doesn't it? But in real life, it would be nice if they could at least pay for a month of my cell service at $40. and I NEVER want to hear from them again! NEVER!!!

Live Well Financial, Inc. is in receipt of the Complaint, Revdex.com Case

# [redacted]. After performing our due diligence based on the Statement of the

Problem in the Complaint, the company determined that another customer appears

to have entered a telephone number, as if it was theirs, into the company’s

information system for inquiries – thus leading Live Well Financial, Inc. to

inadvertently telephone the Complainant. The telephone number appears to have

been entered by a potential customer and thus the provisions of the Do Not Call

Registry were deemed not to apply since Live Well Financial was given

written permission to call the specified telephone number. The company did, upon discovery of this error, place the

telephone number provided in the Complaint on the company’s Do Not Call

list. Live Well Financial, Inc. apologizes to the Complainant and

to the Revdex.com of Central Virginia for this incident. The

company understands the frustration of the Complainant in this matter and will

not be calling the telephone number provided in this Complaint.
