Review: I signed up with their membership on 4/26/2013. I then went to their store on 4/29/2013 to cancel. PA law allows this cancelation within 3 business days. I did not like their membership practices after reading the fine print. They gave me a written promise to refund my $500.00 deposit within 10 days. It is now 12 days and I have not seen my refund.Desired Settlement: They must refund my $500.00 as required by law or else I will file a lawsuit.

Review: On August 18th,2013 we attended live your dreams open house. We signed up and put 1,000.00 down. We canceled our membership on August 20th after doing our own research on their products and pricing which we found to be higher then they claimed. We have been waiting for a refund of our 1,000.00 deposit which we were told would be refunded in 10 business days and it has been 28 days since we canceled our membership. We have tried to call them which you either get no answer and it rings forever or you get hung up on. Also have emailed them with no response.Desired Settlement: We would like to have our 1,000.00 deposit returned to us since the 10 business days have come and gone.
