Money was taken out of my account 3-30 $24.95 I canceled service and requested a refund they will only refund $15 I have not used the service. They are not providing me with customer service dept to speak to or escalate to.
The customer contacted us requesting a refund. We issued her a refund of the amount in full, $24.95. In her service ticket, our customer service agent incorrectly wrote that we credited her $15, even though we processed her credit of $24.95. When the agent realized the mistake, she immediately replied that she wrote the incorrect amount in the email, but that the credit for the full amount was processed. We communicated that the full amount was refunded and she acknowledged and responded (see attached).
