Hello Ms [redacted] ,I am hoping to respond to a recent customer complaint about my businessYour name was attached to the formal letter I received via mail, so if this is not correct- I ask for your guidance.Case ID [redacted] Client name: [redacted] Response to claim:This client hired me in February to photograph her newborn sonCost of session was $450, which included edited full resolution images and the clients choice of either a x matte print or a 20cm x 30cm wood blockThis client was informed that if she chose the woodblock option, turnaround can take 3-weeksHer gallery was delivered, a total of full resolution, edited images (that's in excess of her package commitment)Once an image was chosen for her woodblock, I ordered it from the vendor on 3/25/This particular product is handmade and shipped from the NetherlandsIt is a unique product and this particular vendor is extremely busyI received the product on April 27th, however the wood had split during the shipping processI contacted the business owner, and she is replacing it for me, which I am yet to receive.As the speed of the replacement wood block is out of my hands, I am more than willing to refund this client for the cost of the woodblock portion of her sessionI cannot however, refund her for the digital images that she has already receivedThe cost of the 20cm x 30cm woodblock is euro ($US dollars)As of today, the client has been refunded in the amount of $via paypal to the email address [redacted] .I apologize to Ms [redacted] for her frustration, and hope to do business with her in the future.Thank you,Kaitlyn F*

To whom it my concern:

This letter is in reference to Oniika Howard, and her company LiveGood@Home Care Services. Oniika has worked for me for over 5 years. She is in respect the most caring and loving person that I have met in years. Oniika has the ability to make you feel like you are the only person in the world. She make you feel like you are so important to her. She put a smile on your face when you don't feel like smiling. Oniika took care of everything for me, she cleaned my house, paid my bills, cooked me three meals a day. She helped me bathe, she took me out for walks, she took me out to take care some business that couldn't be handled by no one but me. She drove me around in her own car and sometimes mine.

Oniika and her company is the kind of people you can trust, you can leave her in your home and feel safe when she or one of her workers are there. You can close your eyes and rest easy knowing that they are there. Oniika helped me keep my appearances up by doing my hair and keeping me very well groomed. I truly love her and the job she did for me. If she is not available she will send one of her best employees in her place. I've always been satisfied with the service that she has given me.

It's very rare to find a person or company you can trust and depend on anymore but when I met Oniika and her company LiveGood@Home Care Services I found some one that is God sent. I would recommend Oniika and her company to anyone in need of home care. She is the one you can depend on. She never hesitate to do what you ask of her. Company's like LiveGood@Home Care Services is so needed in this community. That's a company you can depend on to take care of elderly people and people who are in need of Home Care. If someone in your family is in need of home care Oniika and her company LiveGood@Home Care is the place to call.

February 2016 to photograph her newborn son. Cost of session was $450, which included 25 edited full resolution images and the clients choice of either a 11 x 14 matte print or a 20cm x 30cm wood block. This client was informed that if she chose the woodblock option, turnaround can take 3-4 weeks. Her gallery was delivered, a total of 75 full resolution, edited images (that's 50 in excess of her package commitment). Once an image was chosen for her woodblock, I ordered it from the vendor on 3/25/16. This particular product is handmade and shipped from the Netherlands. It is a unique product and this particular vendor is extremely busy. I received the product on April 27th, however the wood had split during the shipping process. I contacted the business owner, and she is replacing it for me, which I am yet to receive.As the speed of the replacement wood block is out of my hands, I am more than willing to refund this client for the cost of the woodblock portion of her session. I cannot however, refund her for the digital images that she has already received. The cost of the 20cm x 30cm woodblock is 25 euro ($32 US dollars).
