This business is a scam, do not buy from herShe will take your money and string you along for months, telling you a dozen excuses as to why your crabs will be lateEventually you'll ask for your money back and she'll give you the run aroundI waited months for my crabs and they never arrivedEvery time I contacted her I'd wait a month for a response and then be told, "two more weeks"Check the Hermit Crab Association forum for pages of complaints against herThe fact that she hasn't been put out of business proves that you can say anything on the internet, get people's money and have no consequencesHer website is still up and it still says "two week delivery" even though people have waited months with no end in sight to get their deliveries

I placed an order with livehermitcrabs.com on July 30, 2015 and sent numerous emails and complaints with no response... Since it has been almost three years, I had forgotten about it until going through old emails. I STILL want my $89.45 refunded! This is a horrible company.. they are thiefs! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I, unfortunately, have made a recent purchase to livehermitcrabs.com on July 2, 2017. I was recommended this seller from a friend of mine. I have sent numerous emails, with no response. At this point in time, I want my money back. I spent $51.00 for 2 $8 crabs, and the rest was shipping. I have been sending one email a day for almost a month now. Just give me my money back. I do not want to do business with a company like this. Their customer service sucks. I feel like they took my money and ran.

I wish I had done a web search of reviews before ordering from this crap company. When I ordered, I was told to allow 2 weeks for processing and then overnight delivery. That was a month ago. I paid almost $50 for 2 crabs and $35 of that was for overnight shipping. At this point I may as well have just driven to the beach myself. This is absolutely ridiculous. They never respond to email. Out of the 6 I have sent, I have only received one response saying that they would get back to me with a ship date. I stated that if they would not ship that week then I wanted a full refund. And what do you know? No response. This company is ridiculous and something needs to be done. I will be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com.

Review: I ordered live hermit crabs from this business. Their website says, "Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped." It has been 60 days and I have not received my order. I had to pay almost $40 for overnight or express shipping. Every time I email for an answer, I get a new excuse on why my crabs are not here. Others on the hermitcrabassociation forums are stating they have had to wait up to seven months to a year.Desired Settlement: Stop saying the orders ship in 2 weeks if it is going to be months.

Review: I ordered from this company on Sept. ** & was told they had the crabs in stock. These were a surprise for my son. After a couple of weeks, I contacted them & they stated that they did not have any & were waiting for a shipment. I contacted them again a few weeks later & still no crabs. They took my money, but I have yet to receive my order.Desired Settlement: I want a refund. Clearly I'm not going to ever get these crabs. I would also like to see them shut down as they continue to lie about getting a shipment in & sending me my order.

Review: I ordered Hermit Crabs from this company LivehermitcCrabs.com only to have been strung around since March ** 2015 until Now, August [redacted]. I've sent several Emails asking questions with many of then never responded too, simply asking what was going on with my order. THey were quick to take my$95.00 less than a week after my initial order. When I ordered from their website it stated that they had them in stock only to get an EMail in July stating actually what they had left, which was not what I initially ordered and paid for. I still have not received my crabs or a refund for that matter let alone a response to Emails. The worst part this person told me they were "sick" and due to said illness was making it difficult for this person to get Emails and deliveries out.. If that is the case how can you continue to take orders/ Im disgusted after reading the other issues with this same company with the same excuses going back to 2014... I've been taken advantage of, and im continuing to get the runaround..Desired Settlement: FULL REFUND
