We would like to sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding this matterOn January 19, 2015, Ms*** placed her order via our website in which we advertised a day trial for $followed by payments of $if the customer decides to keep the product after the day trial period
According to tracking #***, Ms***’s package was delivered on January 31, Ms*** contacted our company over months after ordering the product stating she never received it and we asked her to fill out a Fedex Claim FormUnfortunately we never received the claim form back and have simply asked her to fill it out and get it back to usFedEx provided proof to our company that the product was indeed delivered and in order for us to move forward with refunding the account in full, we need the claim filled out with the customers signature confirming she never received the initial packageTo expedite the matter, please have Ms*** forward the initial email in which she sent to our company to ***Once we receive the form as discussed with Ms***, we'll gladly issue a full refund on this accountAs a courtesy in good faith, we have made an exception and refunding the installments following the trial immediately, and once we receive the signed claim form we’ll move forward with refunding the trial cost as wellPlease allow 3-business days for the refund to appear

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  Although I must say the reasoning behind me not contacting the company for 2 months is as it is stated on there site that shipping can take 2-6 weeks. It also states that the 30 day trial starts from when you receive item, not place the order. The form was filled out and returned the day after first initial contact. I have received the refund for all except the first initial order of $19.91. I am still awaiting contact on where to return the polish that was sent.
