Good afternoon, the client [redacted] has filed this complaint because she doesn’t want to complete the contract due to her financial issues Unfortunately, like any other business we have to collect on the money owed for time that has booked already By [redacted] agreeing to a month contract, that has blocked out time that other consumers were trying to get By [redacted] not trying to fulfill her end of the contract, that puts our company at a loss For example, if she signed a month lease on a apartment rental and in the 6th month she had some financial difficulties, what would happen She would have to break the lease and pay a penalty and that’s exactly what was offered She refused to respond because she wants to just be let out of the contract and that won’t happen She has the option to pay 70% of the last month owed which is $ If not, we will file collections on this account We are more than happy to help her out but will not remove the account without the penalty applied

I am rejecting this response because:
The business states in its response that the contract reserves a time slot that they could have offered another client. So by me needing to cancel the final month, I am putting them at a loss. However, their reasoning is flawed because during my second month, the trainer did not show up to our regulary scheduled training session due to non-payment of that months training session. When I messaged him to ask what happened, he clearly stated that all training sessions are pre-paid for the month (in my case 4 sessions for the month) and if I did not make my payment, I lose my time slot for training and will not recieve any services. This was quickly fixed and I clarified the confusion on my part as I thought I still had one more training session left until I had to pre-pay the next month. I immediently paid and resumed training with no issues. For the business to take me to collections over this matter of needing to cancel the final month of the 3 month training plan is an uncessary cost for the business and due to the contadicting response and statment above, this business is taking advantage of clients and as such I will not pay for services I did not receive.
