Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:This response was incorrect First, we have lived in AZ for almost years---there was NO move Secondly, there have been telephone conversations with the dealership (salesman and general manager) before this complaint was filed The car went to Sunnyvale *** , per *** Motor Company, because it was the closest dealership when the car failed less than hours after purchase We have spoken to Mr***, General Manager, on July 29, Augand Augwhich was the last time I spoke with him During that last phone conversation he stated that it might be possible for them to transport the car back to Livermore and that they would then refund the purchase price Have not heard from him since that time We also spoke with the salesman who sold us the car on July and Aug The car was not repaired in Arizona--the dealership here was not informed of the problem with the car, or even who had purchased it until nearly a week after it came to their dealership (where it remains)/
