I love this company! They work their booties off to make sure that their products are high in quality, and still affordable. They have been some of the most helpful people, every question I have gets answered in a time manor and they jump on any issue that has ever risen. The shirts are so soft and amazing and I love that the designs stand out from typical exercise gear. They aren't just about a product, they are making a community through their gear. To me, that is one of the best things a business can do to make their customers feel appreciated. I will continue to buy from this company until the day they say they don't want my money ;-) I LOVE Livesore!

I love all of my livesore gear! They are some of my favorite shirts to wear to the gym and out and about. They don't fade or shrink which I love because you wind up washing gym clothes a lot! Any time I've ever had an issue customer service has been great!

OMG! They have some great stuff! One of my favorites is the ?Suck it up Buttercup? shirts! ?Ya, stop being so wimpy & Suck it up!? Lol Love this little company! The people that work here are so funny & super helpful when you catch them. They helped me trade out some items that where to small for me & to big for my boys. They hung in there to make sure we were all happy!! TY??

Even the USPS gets packages lost, but we'll always do our part to help find and or replace. Truly appreciate your amazing review!

Just had to say how much I adore the Ambassador group and all the perks that come along with it. I've been an ambassador and customer for over 2 years now and the inspiration and fun that comes out of this company is just awesome. I'm also a big supporter of small brands that are doing unique things in the face of the goliath companies like amazon. Keep up the great work!

Products are great quality and the business has a positive ethic we?re they donate to different causes. Delivery time might take a little more than usual but completely worth it when a small business like them give back to those in need.

Was very excited for their shirts, placed my first order and received one item in it. Now eight weeks later am still waiting for the remainder of that order. I placed an additional order three weeks ago thinking the first was just a fluke and sure enough they charged me but have not shipped it. No answer from customer service.

These people at livesore never respond when you have an issue with their product. So disappointed. They have not shipped my product and they charged me. So upset.

Worst company
I ordered a pair of Wonder Woman tights mid October as part of a pre-sale that said was going to start shipping the end of October. I ordered them and was excited to get them in. I received an email on November 1st saying that the shipping date had changed to almost a month later to November 21st. That day came and went it?s now December 3rd and I have received no confirmation that they have shipped. I have sent a few emails and have been told every time that the ladies in shipping are working on it and it will be shipped out soon. I am going to give them until the middle of next week to send me a confirmation email after that I will be reporting them on Revdex.com and getting a refund.

We've taken those lessons and have now created an amazing help desk ticketing system and bolstered our Customer Service department.

We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding for a small company experiencing tremendous growth. It's very tricky to operate as a small "mom & pop" shop when today's shopping environment is so used to "amazon prime" and "instant gratification". That being said, we've also revamped our entire website to a shopify platform and have better configured our inventory system so that we can more accurately and quickly service our amazing customers. After all, we greatly appreciate your support and want you in our gear!
