Review: Livewell built a house next to mine, when they cleared the lot to build the house on it killed a decent size tree on the property line, called to have them replace tree and said they "can't help" shouldn't have been left when my builder built my house. Also, when they had landscaping crew lay the sod, it brought army worms and killed half of my grass on that side of yard, again said we couldn't do anything for that. My issue is they are the contractor, they are responsible for all the sub contractors working for them. Not customer friendly at all.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)
Would like to know why they can't replace the tree or help replace the tree.
