Website scam Bad Attitude zero customer service
I was initially excited about my purchase of four bags of collagen peptides, then the website kept looping me into additional product offers I declined each time but ended up with 3! Confirmation receipts saying I had somehow placed my order three times, I did not. Product was on my door the following morning making the 24 hour change policy non existent. I even tried to change my supposed 3 orders but the login looped me and would not allow me any access. Feel zero trust for a scamming website that does not allow you access to your own login. I contacted the telephone number and held for 20 minutes only to talk to some guy with a bad attitude and zero f’s for my situation. Told me I can cancel but they won’t pay for shipping. The website is a scam and will force you to pay for things you did not want. Then they will give zero sh*}$
Scam website Scam company. Post report to bbb and make these people clean up their act.

1 star because you can't rate 0. Wish I'd checked here before dealing with them. After I placed my first order, I asked about the 10% discount offered on first time orders. I was told I had already received a greater than 10% order buying multiple products under the subscription plan. When I told the agent I considered this a misleading, if not deceptive business practice, he replied with an indifferent, 'mmm hmm.' That was his reply to everything I said, including that I would never do business with them again, and would be returning my order (which I could not cancel because it had already shipped). In addition, calls went to vm after selecting to hold (because no one had returned previous vms), people answering the sales line said they were product support and couldn't help me; I was told they had no tech department to address the fact that their password *** function does not work. I emailed the support site, asking that it be forwarded to their CEO, telling them that the message I got from this experience was that they do not want, need, or care about my business, and choose to not honor an offer they failed to qualify. I don't expect to hear back. What a joke, particularly given their altruistic claims, including a commitment to dharma

Live Well states on their web site that they have a "Risk Free 365 Day Money Back Guarantee" If you're happy, we're happy. Listening to our customers is integral to our success, so we welcome your observations and feedback, and stand by our word with a dignified 365-day, 100% money-back guarantee.

I contacted the company in regard to a return and was sent an email with instructions. In the email it states "There is a non-negotiable 15% return processing fee deducted from the total refund amount that you will receive once the return is approved, product shipped back, and processed fully by us."

The address given for returns is in Lindon UT. To Fed Ex to this location is over $20 and USPS is $14.

Risk Free?

I placed an order on 4/12/2020. I received an email receipt of the order but never received an acknowledgement that the item shipped. I called customer service 2 weeks later and the customer service rep seemed confused when I asked her about the order. She claimed they had no shipping address so the order hadn't shipped. I paid through PayPal which always provides a shipping address. I explained that I had run out of my B-12 and needed it right away. She was very unconcerned and never apologized. She said we'll ship it out and I may see it in 5 days. Again, no email was sent confirming shipment. A week later I call again and I think I got the same customer service rep. She interrupted me when I spoke and told me that it had shipped but it would be another week before I received it. This operation is run very unprofessionally. It makes me question what they put in their products. I'm thinking it is a bunch of hype. They have lost a customer who had been buying their product through amazon for quite some time. I will also be sure to tell people who I had recommended their products to of their poor customer service and unprofessional attitude.

I recently purchased 3 bottles of Collagen Peptides at $95. During the Cyber Sales event the same items were available for $75. I filled my cart with nearly $400 worth of a variety of products and called the company to see if they would honor the $20 difference toward my impending purchase. The representative "Deloros" stated that they could not do that. I requested to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor "Toni" indicated that the company specifically expressed that they would NOT under any circumstances meet my request. So for $20, they have lost a $400 order, a potential life customer (if the products were as they stated) and now I will return the items that I have purchased for a full refund. At that point, Toni indicated that to return the items, I would have to pay return shipping (not disclosed on the order form) and suffer a 15% restocking fee (also not disclosed on the order form). The order form merely gave a trial period for 100% satisfaction. What a hoax. Then Toni stated that was completely legal. When I inquired as to her Law degree status, she indignantly advised she did not need one. I asked to speak with the Manager. Toni stated she was the supervisor. Unimpressed and knowing that a more advanced company representative would see the value of the exchange. Unfortunately, they will never know because "Supervisor Toni" refused to reveal the manager's identify ending our conversation. This is my first of several notifications that the company is being run by Supervisor Toni who does not have the wherewithal to meet customer satisfaction or Company commitment.

In the end, I cannot give any review of the product because I was not afforded the opportunity to use it and in their "return policy" if the item is opened there are other certain restrictions for return and refund. How do you try a product without opening it??? Clearly a bogus offering, misleading promises, and fraudulent representation. AVOID!!!

I purchased krill oil from this company. The label on the front of the bottle states 1500 mg. 90 capsules. That deceptive advertising leads the customer to believe each capsule is 1500mg. That is what I based my purchase on. I researched many different krill oil products but Livewell labs deceptive advertising got me to choose them. The reason the labeling is deceptive is because it is not each capsule it is serving size and the serving size is 3 capsules. No where on the bottle labeling does it state that the capsules are 500 mg. If it had I probably would have purchased from somewhere else at a lower price.
