are saddened to hear of a complaint about our office from a recent
patient. The patient was seen for an evaluation and one additional

applicable services were provided for one treatment session. She
completed a patient satisfaction questionnaire after the second visit
and reported a score of 33/35 for patient satisfaction and rated her
clinical experience as “good.” Ultimately, our goal is to provide
excellent service and we take it very personally when a patient feels as
though they have not received the best care possible. We have moved
forward with providing the patient with a full refund for both visits
and hope that she is able to find services that better fit her needs.  Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and sent to the patient.Thank You,[redacted]
