I have never had other tattoos from this tattoo parlor he has stated in his statement. This is a lie. They have records and have to keep the records by law. I was also only given back my credit card money of $350, and not my $50 cash deposit. He stated I was given all my money back. Which was not true.

She has been given a full refund.  She disputed this with her credit card company and they approved the dispute so therefore I do not need to refund her.  She has received multiple tattoo's from us and was unhappy with her current one.  She immediately told us she was going to file...

this complaint and seek a dispute with her credit card company which she did.  She never gave us a chance to remedy her issue.
