I am rejecting this response because: Living Lawns Owner *** *** is not being truthful in his response just as he was not truthful with me and my wife throughout the ordeal that commenced last summerThe evasive manner in which Mr*** has responded to the concerns of a client(s) prior to and after the complaint against Living Lawns was filed is a testament to his character and his refusal to man up to the issue at handThe part of our sprinkler system is not operating now was working fine prior to the valve replacement and line joint repair that Living Lawns providedA conscientious business owner would not desert a long term customer and continually avoid a business responsibilityDuring the time when the temperatures were extremely high and I had to manually water my lawn, my wife and I allowed extensive time accommodations for Mr*** to address valid concerns that he has refused to correct

I am rejecting this response because:
To Whom It May Concern:Our response was delayed due to medical family issues Our response is as follows:*** ***'s account of this problem is not accurate and does not conform to the facts already documented in the details of my original complaint *** was originally hired to correct the leak that we located and discussed the previous summer It was ***'s suggestion after we had begun the job and already located the line break/leak to replace the aging main valveNow *** is claiming "the only work I performed was to replace the main shut off valve." *** is very well aware of the problem that his faulty service has created and is now attempting to change the factsHe is not being truthful or accepting responsibility for his negligence As stated in my original complaint, an appropriate resolution would be for me "to hire another repair man of my choice to fix the problem and Living Lawns be required to cover the repair costs."

RE: ID [redacted]
Dear Mr. [redacted]: With response to your letter dated 12/12/2014 received on 12/17/2014. The part of the irrigations system that Mr. [redacted] states that is not working is not in the same proximity as to the work I performed. The only work I performed was to replaced the main shut off valve. Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I would like my complaint ID [redacted], to be handled through an Arbitration hearing with Revdex.com.

AFFIDAVIT Revdex.com COMPLAINT #[redacted] STATE OF COLORADO COUNTY OF BOULDER I, [redacted] J. [redacted], resident/owner of [redacted], Longmont, CO, hired [redacted], the owner/manager of Living Lawns to repair a line break in our sprinkler system. The line break on the far opposite side of our driveway was first noticed in the late summer of 2013. [redacted] explained that he was busy with other jobs, the repair was minor and common, and due to a busy Living Lawns fall work schedule and the end of the lawn watering season, requested that we wait until the next summer to make the repair. When Mr. [redacted] returned next June, the leak on the far side of our driveway was pinpointed. After the line and damaged fitting was exposed, Mr. [redacted] further suggested that our main shut-off valve next to the front porch in a different location be replaced since it was old and difficult to turn off and on. The combined repairs required the digging of two separate holes in two separate locations. Mr. [redacted] provided a verbal estimate for the line break repair and valve replacement costs projected to total $235.00. I took reference notes to show my wife [redacted] before getting started on the repairs. (See attached) Living Lawns had not historically provided written estimates for jobs with the exception of [redacted]'s snow removal services. Agreeing on a price without a written estimate was standard for service arrangements over approximately the last 10 years. While delivering the verbal estimate, [redacted] explained that he had hired a new employee. The new employee was the grandson of one of his clients. [redacted] explained that the new employee would be digging the hole in preparation for the valve replacement work and would be receiving $120 for his labor. Mr. [redacted] explained that he and his new employee could complete the job in 2 - 3 partial workdays as indicated in his verbal estimate. He also explained that the new employee was trustworthy and had never been in trouble with the law. When [redacted] arrived with his new employee on July 23, 2014, I had prepped the site in advance to expedite the estimated 2 - 3 day job. The entire system was water-checked station by station as customary before the work commenced. All stations on both sides of the street were operational with the exception of the station near the driveway that had the leak. After the second partial day of work, [redacted]'s employee apparently got sick and didn't show up the following day to finish his job. When I called [redacted] to ask about the no show, he explained the illness situation and said that he and his employee would complete the job soon. Instead of 2-3 days, Living Lawns took 2-3 weeks. We had been waiting since the previous summer, but were understanding. On August 9, 2014, [redacted] claimed that he was finished with both repairs (the line break and the valve replacement). When I requested the customary station-by-station system water check after completing sprinkler system work, [redacted] said that he was "in between jobs and rushed". Mr. [redacted] stated "Well,
