Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: On Jan 12,2018 I received a letter from BBB that included an attachment from the company I was complaining about. In that letter they indicated that a check for $149.69 was going to be sent to me 'tomorrow'! As of today I still have not received the check. Apparently their tomorrow and my tomorrow must be very different! Regards, [redacted] ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
The credit card company has credited us for the charges incurred on Sept 11 2017 ($40.91 and $40.59).  Therefore we still need your refund of $198.78 ($98.99 + $99.79).  We are not disputing the shipping charges.
