My delivery drivers delivered a dresser to the [redacted] There was a piece of dental equipment plugged in in the way, which should have already been removed My guys unplugged the equipment, set it on the bed, delivered the furniture and plugged equipment back in Equipment was not broken by our guys We have been in business years and have a spotless record customer called and complained and said they didn't expect full payment so as a gesture of good faith I told my store manager to write them a check for $ The husband came and got check later that day Wife came back to store complaining and tore up the $check and that's where we stand as of now Sincerely [redacted] -President%

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  This business continues to deny any fault in the damage of our property.  The item in question was plugged into the wall as it is designed to do.  If it was in their way they should have spoken with us before removing the item.  It was not theirs to remove.  The only items they should have been touching were the mirror and dresser.  Obviously they have no intention of accepting responsibility for there actions.  If there was a way to pursue this in court I would, however it is a case of he said she said.  With that in mind, I considered this matter closed.  I will never do business with them again and will make sure I inform as many people as I can about the treatment I received there. Regards,[redacted]

not broken by our guys.  We have been in business 28 years and have a spotless record.  customer called and complained and said they didn't expect full payment so as a gesture of good faith I told my store manager to write them a check for $150.00.  The husband came and got check later that day.  Wife came back to store complaining and tore up the $150 check and that's where we stand as of now
